I ordered an vanilla icecream family pack through zomato. I ordered it and after that i received the call from the ideal merchant and he told me the vanilla brick is only for rs 150 + rs 13 tax + rs 10 delievery charge = total rs 173 and i have paid rs 273 + rs 13 + rs 10 = total 296.. So i want my difference amount back i. E rs 123..
And it is very wrong that you are charging an extra amount from the decent customers. So i want my money back. Its a very irresponsible behaviour from you guyzz never expected. And when i told the customer support neither he cancelled my order nor he refunded my difference amount and he refused to help me in any way.

Order placed in Zomato From MR.Chef at 9.45PM, its been 11.45PM, its still not delivered. We get a message saying the order is delivered, where as i have not received my order.

    Zomato is highly unreliable and please be doubly sure in utilizing the services offered via this site. Atleast twice my order has been declined at the last moment post the acceptance confirmation. This too from the restaurants which had provided me the services to the same location. Really frustrating. I am suggesting this with conviction and basis the data. I would like to see the corrective actions being taken by the concerned in zomato so that the others don't suffer. I would wait for the same.

    I placed order for butter chicken and I gave money by debit card. I am very disappointed from Zomato services. I want my money refund. If you will not give my money back. Then I'll take a strict action for it and I will go to the consumer court. Now you see zomato

      Worst service ever experienced from any of its kind. Order id :[protected]. We made the order for 643, paid online. Didn't get any call. We kept tracking online and found cancelled from tomato side. When we contacted them, initially he said u didn't pick the call, later he said u were not reachable. And he literally said to us within a five minute time that, now u can forget about ur 643/-. We asked the chat support team to get the snap shot of delivery boy's call history. Moreover, we have ordered the food to aiims, new delhi, and mentioned the clear address and gps spotted our location. We know if it was a cod, they would hv been on their knees for food delivery. We asked them to deliver the order anyway, but ur agents just denied it. Chat service is a utter time waste, they are good for nothing. We will surely insist our friends and groups to stay away from ur service through what ever way possible for us.... #zomato trap.

      I have ordered for fish tikka and I got fish tikka masala. When i asked for refund or return then they took my old order and handed me chicken! Pathetic service!!
      I had placed the order and then the delivery guy said that he couldn’t reach my cell phone. Where I had full connectivity. The next thing I know my money was deducted.

        I had ordered at kabab magic on zomato. There was some confusion about the address and the rider had called me and got it cleared. Within a minute i got a call from customer service and they told that they'll cancel the order and the money will be refunded. But when i checked the order summary it said that they can't refund the amount because i had denied the order as i was not able to collect it. I tried to contact the customer service but they also said the same thing. I want my money back to my paytm wallet as there was no mistake on my side.

          I ordered from al-baik.com, gomti nagar, lucknow on 22nd october, 2018 (Of total rs.340) and cancelled the ordered within five minutes. On placing the order i got a call from the resturant asking about the order, i told to cancel it so he cancelled it and told me that i will receive call from zomato for the confirmation of cancelling and refunding. I got call from the customer care within a minute, customer care told me that i will receive the refund of rs.340 within 1 hour 30 minutes.
          It's been 24 hours and haven't received the cashback yet. I paid using paytm.
          I complained about the issue on zomato chat service but it wasn't helpful.

            Added food items to cart on zomato on 21oct2018 and before editing the required food and quantity, the amount got deducted from my paytm. It was also showing that the restaurant has not confirmed the ordered yet. I called up the delivery boy using the number provided on the app. When i told him that i would cancel the order since there was technical issue which didnt allow me to update my order. Instead zomato deducted amount from my paytm instantly without hotel confirming order. The delivery boy said he would ask customer care person to contact me to. Update this on system. Since the hotel hadnt confirmed the order till then, i asked her to cancel my order and enquired about refund policy. She said she could cancel the order and the amount 172/- would be refunded within 24 hours. When i didnt receive the rwfund even after 24 hours, i messaged helpline on zomato app. They behaved so irresponsible in providing proper explanation. Intially they said they would do within next 24 hours. Later came back saying they cannot refund since the hotel had already prepared the food. When i told them i can provide proof on hotel not confirming the order when i spoke with customer care, they said the address was not correct. I had placed orders before. But never encou ntered address issue. Even if this delivery person had issue, he could have contacted me for directions. Now they went back and updated on app that i was not available to collect food when delivery boy came here. How much they lie and act cheap for 172/-. Pathetic and fraud.

              Yesterday i ordered food from zomato of 101 rs the delivery boy said to me that he is coming after some time he said to me that he fall from bike and food can not be delivered and at morning i called him he said to me that he will return my money and now he is not picking my phone. Delivery boy name is suraj singh. Plz contact me so that i can explain.

                Team, i have ordered food from hoi on 13th oct, chinese plate. It was showing in menu with dimsums but plate was will spring roll.
                Now when i tasted the food it was under cooked meat was raw & it was smelling very bad, also it was very salty not at all eatable.
                I clicked a pitcher & shared it on email which clearly shows the quality of the food. Now its been 10 days every time i speak on chat, your representative tell me that concern team will call me, but i have not received any call or email. As i am a regular customer i need my money back because the food hoi delivered was not at all eatable.

                  I have two order in season 9. 1 food delivery for ghatlodia. Delivery boy deliver the food buy another delivery for shahibag. Delivery boy doesn't deliver the food. Because he not interested for delivery in shahibabad. I am not cancel order, why pay me amount. It's not my fault. Food is not deliver then why accsepet order online. Your service is very poor 😶

                    I ordered food from zomato on 21st october in ranchi. The order was first accepted and then suddenly denied by the restraunt. When i contacted customer support they said that the refund could not be initiated as i was unavailable to receive the order and my phone was not reachable. I confirmed with the restraunt and they said that they were not accepting any online orders for 99 combo from zomato and my food was not even prepared. My refund status also shows a big lie.. I mailed on [protected]@zomato.com but got no response

                      Hi I had placed an order of food with Bangla Restaurant thru zomato on dated 17/10/2018.

                      At the time of making online transaction the amount was debited from my account and thereafter Zomato showed the transaction failure message stating that the refund will immidiately be processed.

                      I regret to say that I have not received any refund uptill today being the 5th day to that failed transaction.

                      Plz provide me the refund of that failed transaction as early as possible

                        Worst experience ever. Never order from here
                        Wastage of money
                        I ordered a rabdi first and then proceeded to the bill but they said that it is not available.
                        Then again i ordered rabdi from another restaurant (Quantity 250 gm) for rupees 110. It was my first order from this zomato so it was showing 50% off coupon but when i proceeded to the bill they didn't apply the coupon after several tries. But still i ordered and rupees 150 was deducted from my account. Non sense.
                        Then the delivery guy took 2 hours to deliver the order. But what did i got
                        A cup of rabdi weighing only 50 grams.
                        The taste was worst and was not from my expected restraunt
                        Just kidding
                        Fraud company
                        Never order anything from here

                        Now i want refund from zomato
                        Immediately refund it back

                          I had ordered the food from zomato with reference "Order from Domino's Pizza.
                          Placed on 22nd Sep at 09:55 PM.
                          Id: [protected]". So the Domino's cancelled my order stating that my delivery location is out of there jurisdiction at night 11 pm.

                          So still now I haven't received my refund of the same and when I escalated the case to Domino's I got to know the refund is already made to zomato gateway as it was paid via zomato and apparently I have not received the same and zomato is so negligent that they are not bothered to replay my mail or service person stopped responding.
                          ZOMATO IS A CHEATER NEVER ORDER FROM IT...

                            On 19/10/2018 i tried placing order to kanti sweets using zomato mobile app, i completed the payment but order not placed. I tried to get help using chat option available in mobile but i didn't get response. Require your kind attention on this issue also i suggest to improve your customer care service through app. Even after the payment order not placed.

                              Made a payment on the 17th october 2018 with order number[protected], for rs 426 on my debit card. Which failed, so i made a second payment from the same card, and the payment failed again. So i have been deducted 852 rs in total from my card and now zomato support says the amount has been refunded. But i've received only 426 rs back in my card and for the remaining 426 rs zomato is asking me to contact paytm for the refund, why should i contact paytm when i paid via my debit card? It's already been 96hours.

                              There was a cancelled order of Rs 152.88 for my Zomato order towards Glen's bake house. I have not yet received my refund and zomato is just shrugging it off.
                              I have used net banking to pay money of 99.But there is no orders showing and there is no refund.please find me a solution

                                I had ordered online from zomato and withing ten minutes of placing the order i had to cancel it because i had to leave because of a medical emergency so i contacted them through chat but they said they won't cancel it at any cost i will have to accept the order and when i said that i won't be at my place to accept it and why should i accept it if i'm informing them withing 10 minutes. Then they said that i will have to directly talk to the restaurant and they can't help me in this even thought i placed the order with zomato and not with the restaurant directly and when i refused to do that and threatened them with consumer complaint, withing two minutes they said that the order is cancelled but i will have to pay the total bill amount. I didn't have time to argue with them because i was busy so i said fine. But i will take it up with consumer court. This is just loot. I will not pay money for something i didn't even consume. I want an action to be taken asap.

                                Update: it's been 4 days and i have mailed them four times. There's still no reply from their side. I will not be using the service till this is solved.

                                  I haven't received my refund of order which i have cancelled on zomato of rs 62.50 on 14 october 2018. They gave me confirmation that they will cancel my order and now they are declining from that and giving different reasons that i was not available on the mentioned address and phone was unreachable which is not true.
                                  They are cheating their customers which is not at all right!
                                  They should provide compensation to customers for lying and giving false reasons.

                                    On 9 th oct i placed the order at 11 pm at night and order a dinner for my self. The delivery location was lakeshore greens, palava, dombivali.

                                    The food got ready at 12 am and at 12.30 am the delivery boy refused to come to this location and rejected the order at that moment i did not have any option to order the food from any other place as all places got closed down. I
                                    Had to sleep hungry that night.

                                      His is so frustrating and insane that our lunch got cancelled for absolutely no reasons which we are aware of
                                      I ordered from dum biryani hub at 16th oct, 11:51am from registered contact no. And then as usual i continuously kept tracking and eta changed from 30 min to 20 min to 10 min. Suddenly i got a message that "dum biryani hub" is not able to fulfill the order" and the order got cancelled. I didnt get a single call from anyone. I am waiting and waiting but no call and my order got cancelled
                                      For the order i paid. Since our lunch plan is already been cancelled and frustrating. Revert back my money asap

                                      Also, i request zomato should see what useless type of delivery boys they are hiring who can lie just like that

                                        I order food on zomato for 105 rupees on 21 oct 2018 at 14.29, money was debited from my account and received transaction successful.. But then the order is not placed. Reference number igaepnxzz1. I received transaction successful status from atom technologies ltd site. I received message from my state bank account also.. But atlast i didn't not receive any order confirmation message. Please do the needful.. And refund my money.
