We have placed the order no [protected] on zomato online. The payment has also been done online.
We want to inform you our very bad experience on the order placed today i. E. On 14th october 2018. The delivery boy firoz khan was came to deliver the food when we asked him to provide the invoice copy he informed he can not provide, we informed him to arrange the same later but he refused the same and left immediately without delivery...

Hi team,

On 13/10/2018 night around 10.30 i have ordered palavi hotel pune through zomato. Due to some inconvenience order not place but amount was deducted 2times. However payment of 101 rs made through zomato which is not been refunded yet.

I tried calling zomato customer care +[protected] &[protected] and the recording says sorry number doesn't exist...

I had placed a pre-paid (Net banking) order (Order ID. [protected]) on 12th October, 2018 from Royal Indian Restaurant. The delivery boy as well as zomato support said my order was cancelled as they could not contact my mobile no. I met the delivery boy right outside the main gate of my house and he said the order was cancelled and I would get a refund. The zomato support on the other hand said I won't get any refund...

I order two domino's pizzas through zomato. I paid total rs. 233 through paytm. I neither got my order nor the refund. When i asked zomato about they asked some info and told me to wait a min. It's been over 2 hours and they haven't replied anything yet. Also zomato don't have any contact no. If they can't establish good relationships with domino's then they shouldn't accept the order. Zomato has cancelled my food order 12-10-18 by themselves since delivery boy is stuck in traffic and in turn they are not refunding my money. They made me wait 1 hour after my order is accepted by them and the cancelled ordered by themselves. I need refund. I chat to customer care they are not at all giving proper response. Instead of solving problem they are saying "we can't do let's close"like that comments.

However i received sabudana khichidi but instead of sabudana vada i received kachori which was absolutely non sense for me as whole day i was fasting and at the end when it was a time for me to open the fast i had to face that nonsense...

I had ordered for a domino's pizza through zomato app on 23/09/2018 and it was cancelled by domino's.

I didn't get back my refund of ₹418 in the past 3 weeks.

Zomato and domino's are just trying to shrug it off and ask me to get back to the another each time i contact them.

Please check with both the parties to get it resolved at the earliest....

I order food using online payment, my money deducted but my order was not received. I used zomato apps around 11 am and i order meal from shri karchi kadhai restaurant and hakeem restaurant.
323 inr was deducted from my account but i have not received my order. I complained to zomato but haven't received any response. It is against the customers right. So i want my money back....

I was placed 2 orders earlier they are cancelled. So i was chat with customer care agents, som people are saying refund will be reflected in 24hrs, some people are saying we are initiate any refund for your order. But in my order details page it's updated as your amount refunded as zomoto credits but i am not received any refund so please do the needful.

I ordered food from restaurant through zomato the order was rejected by the restaurant because i was asking for a non spicy food but restaurant people told me to cancel the order after that till now zomato is fooling me for the refund everyday day make different stories like your refund has been initiated you will receive the refund within 24 to 48 hours and then they say that we cannot refund the money because it was levied with the cancellation...

I recently made an order through zomato in banglaore. The restaurant readied the order but the delivery guy cancelled the order.

I reached out to zomato about this but zomato chat service person told me the delivery guy waited for a lot of time near my home and could not reach us via telephone hence he left.

Delivery was supposed to be at 4 30, guy calls at 4 10, but couldnt reach us. We called the delivery...

I ordered cake from cake and bake and applied promo code of new50. After applying it cost deducted to 150 but later on they deducted 300. I complained multiple times to customer support and they told me it as technical glitch. But why consumer should suffer. If action will not taken than i will move to customer forum and that's assured. Because it happened multiple times. Customer support has no senior and worst service ever....

I placed an order from restaurant prem chat, hyderabad through the zomato app on 13th october around 11:20. The order was not accepted by the restaurant till 5 mins or more and so i decided that i will be cancelling it. I started a chat with customer care service and requested them to cancel the order immediately. My request was turned down saying that they can not cancel the order once accepted as it gets to the kitchen....

I had ordered food for my freind in calcutta on 10th oct 2018 at 10:10 pm, i had provided in the additional information the contact number of my freind for whom the food was ordered, still they kept on calling me. I requested my freind to call back to the delivery boy (Whose number was supplied to me through a msg from zomato) he did call them nd the delivery boy said when the food is out for delivery they will inform him. Neither did zomato...

So i cancelled it... On chat.. They said my money will be refunded.. But it have been 7 day.. No refund has done yet
And now i asked on chat that where is my refund.. They replays no refund will be credited because the food was dispatched.. But i know...

There was an offer on zomato this sunday in which it was 50% off. I applied the coupon and it showed coupon applied and 150 off. And it showed that i need to pay 215 rupees. While when i payed the money through paytm (That too now paytm doesn't sends you otp now) my full money got deducted which was 365. I thought i can cancel the order. But there app was so slow and when contacted customer care they also ignored saying that they cannot see...
