Recently i tried making an order from Zomato twice. Both times Rs 603 were deducted from my account. On managing to speak with the help desk at zomato. They offered me a voucher that was refundable only by SBI or ICICI bank accounts. I told him that i did not have a account with these banks and asked for a alternative method of refund. He told me it could be done using google pay. He activated some voucher again and elaborated a procedure...

I had placed an order from Andheri to be delivered to Mira Road. In the order delivery address is reflecting as Mira Road, but order is delivered at Andheri.

After several attempts from chat, when I got a call from Zomato, the executive was not ready to understand their mistake or mistake of app and said he will cancel the order and I will not even get the refund.

It is shocking that Delivery address is not...

I ordered a cake on Zomato on 1 jan 2023. I was delivered a stale cake with horrible smell. I was refused refund by the company...

Bike to change multi vehicle...

I have 2 fraudulent trasactions where money has been debited from my UPI account to "zomato entertainment private limited" on the dates 18.12.2022 and 25.12.2022.
I have not placed any order in the zomato app for the month of December and I am unable to immediately reach out to the zomato customer care team as there is no customer care number available.
I have logged my complaint by sending the transaction details and screenshots...

I had placed order with Zomato from McDonalds twice. Twice Rs 603 got deducted from my account but i did not receive the order. The customer support is useless.
