Yesterday I placed an order from Burger King via the app.
When the delivery guy came, I paid on the Zomato app via Google Pay, the money went from bank but the app said payment error. The delivery guy said that he is not seeing that the order is paid from his side and then the app was not showing a method of payment, so I paid the delivery guy via Google Pay again. I basically paid twice.
Then after not getting refund automatically from the failed payment earlier, I issued a complaint on Zomato website, and they replied to me on email.
According to the email I received from Zomato, they said that the delivery guy will refund me via online payment method and provided me his mobile number. I tried calling that guy a lot of times, but he is not picking up the phone and half the time the number is busy.
Only once someone picked up the phone and said that it is his brother and that I should try contacting him again in 10-15 minutes, but since then no one is picking up the call.
Can you please deal with this and return my money?

Complaint marked as Resolved I complained to Zomato via their official website, and got the refund.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
