I have ordered my food to dominos through zomato, they have accepted order and also i have applied promocode the same has been reflected in invoice/order form. As soon as promo applied i have confirmed my order and paid the payment online through cc. After the payment i realised that the promo amount of rs.150/- not deducted from final amount and payment has been done fully.
I have contacted zomato through his online support but they asked me to contact dominos as they are managing delivery. As per instruction from zomato executive i contacted dominos but they replied that order has been taken by zomato and cash back or any other promo is offered by zomato so u have to contact to them.
Again i have contacted zomato they denied that they cannot help me in this issue. Dominos doesnt entertain any promo. I asked if promo is not valid how it applied and shown (Rs.150/- promo applied) in the order form.
I asked if promo is not applicable so u pls cancell the order and refund my amount, the executive not replied for more than 35 minutes and finally dominos staff came with delivery of pizza.
On 24.09.2018 i have again contacted zomato support team the same reply given by them and also confirmed that we can not refund or help u in this matter.
Zomato can verify my order page it is clearly reflects promo (New50) and rs.150 has been adjusted and again they have debited in final amount.
As a good reputed company zomato shall look in this matter and pls donot cheat customers by offering such a way.
If they require i can also send u the messages (Interaction) done on support page.

    I've been using the Zomato app from quite a while now and i couldn't be more impressed.
    But there was an incident on 21st September 2018 that shocked me completely.

    I ordered from Dominos via Zomato app and apparently dominos don't deliver food in my area so they called immediately and rejected the order.

    Zomato app shows that the order has been delivered. I was continuously in touch with Zomato support staff and they said they are not in charge of dominos Delivery.
    They added that they have Escalated my Issue and i would get an appropriate response.

    its been 3 days now and i haven't got my refund back and neither did the food was delivered.

    I have order food from Zomato and done payment online. But Restaurants canceled the order after 15-20 min of accepting. I have received 78 Rs in Zomato Credit instead of 312 Rs total Payment deducted from my account.
    Total Payment after discount was 312 Rs.
    Very bad experience i have ever faced.

      The order was placed by mistake to dominoes for chicken supreme pizza of rs 777.
      i have contacted to domino's to cancel the order which is being done by mistake, they have said that we will cancel the order and refund will be credited in 7 days.
      but as i open my zamato app it is showing that the order is being delivered. and also from dominos the feedback messages are coming.

      now tell me that when money will be refunded.

        Order placed on dominosThrough Zomato but it was cancelled after five minutes of placing. I received the confirmation from Dominos stating that the order has been cancelled but it was showing delivered on the Zomato app. Zomato earlier said that they will provide me with the refund but now denying the same I have attached the proof of cancellation from dominos. Have also attached the image showing that the same order has been marked as delivered from Zomato I paid through Paytm and want my refund worth Rs.292 as soon as possible

          My name is Ankur and a loyal customer of Zomato .

          I was not able to use my NEW50 code so I called zomato customer care and I spoke to Saurabh who informed me that i need to change the registered Email Id in app to avail the offer so I did the same but not resolved .
          Then I talked to most pathetic executive Leh in Zomato who fooled me at every point of interaction and at last said that we cannot give discount and very rudely disconnected the call .
          I also marked mail to [protected]@zomato.com but no revert .
          I never expected this type of support from Zomato. .

            Mr. Zomato.
            U guys have a pathetic service. No body responds on chat, there is no way you get to know about your delivery if the restaurant is not picking your call and showing your food is being prepared for last 3 hours. And suddenly ur guests left. Seriously is this how u guys cater your business. At least talk to your customer and reply. Your chat lines are not responding fr hours and you claim u respond in a minitue or two.

            Its already 1.30am my order was showing being prepared from 10.30pm and suddenly its showing its being delivered. If its not delivered, if i didn't receive any call from restaurant how come its delivered. I want my money back. Come on, atlest you can call and tell us the truth if you guys can't respond on chat. Even the restaurant not responding and my guests have already left.
            I did a mistake by switching frm food panda to zomato atleast they respond.

            Really pissed off.

              I ordered food from zomato mobile app.
              Order confirmation received from zomato.
              Status was appearing food cooking in progress. After 45 minutes wait got notification that order is decline.
              Total process time was in night 9.30pm to 10.30pm
              Why did they send order confirmation, food being prepared notification as order was declined.
              It's harrasment

                I have ordered chocolate fantasy from sweet truth at 11.18 pm and the same was confirmed by restaurant and estimated delivery time is given as 12.03 am. I have waited up to 12.50 am but am not received my order and it is still showing as order preparing in the kitchen. When i messaged in chat support they didn't given any reply to me. Worst service i have faced with zomato. I already paid money during ordering. They wasted my time and my plans.

                  The food i oredered was not delivered to me and the app showed that it was delivered so i contacted the support chat i also gave them the number which had contacted me from fasoos telling that the order will be automatically cancelled since they were unavailable. Instead of contacting fasoos the support chat did not respond to my queries and kept mi on hold for a long time about 1.30 hrs. The response was rude from the other side instead of helping me out the chat was closed telling me that the order was delivered though i was telling them that there was no such delivery. I had paid for this order in advance so i did ask for a refund which was not given to me. Instead they choose to close the chat.

                    I ordered momos and the non veg momos were bad. I made a complaint immediately but zomato is not taking any action. I am following up with these people from past 2 days and they r jus making fool of people. Worst service provider. I want my refund asap. And the worst chat service. Executives are dumbo and senseless. They don't even know how to behave with customers. They said they would call me n there is no call from 2 days.

                      I placed an order on sunday night (23/9/18) around 8:30pm online to jaswant south indian (Ludhiana). After applying promo code a total sum of rs. 108 was deducted from my card but i received no conformation about my order. I called jaswant south indian they told me that they didn't receive my order. On zomato portal it was showing that order was not through because of payment problem though the amount was dedudcted. My details are as follow-

                            Dear sir/ madam,
                            Have ordered 5 plate veg dinner to tomato online payment done have received delivery at 7 pm on visharjan day 3 days before but when to have dinner after 1 hour approx 8 pm found dal and sabji got damaged, smelling entire dinner not able to eat, the same was informed immd to delivery boy and concern hotel but of no use, they have not helped us to exchange meals by new one... And adviced us to inform zomato company...
                            Have mailed them and received immd. Response that don't worry sir we are working on it pls bear with us will take care immediately but after that nothing was done till time we borrowed the new fresh food and had our dinner.
                            So it was not done even hotel owner told for eithet refund or for re delivery the next day but till time no response, request you to pls see & take necessary action... Will send you the mails exchanged with in us.

                              So i ordered a dosa and a sweet corn soup from a restaurant in zomato almost after 50minutes it came even i had to go down to receive my order and i only received my soup which was 100 and the dosa 62 was not given i did a complain in return they just paid back 50 zomato credits.. It's such a failure from zomato, it's not about the 12 rupees i lost its 12 now maybe 1000 later so please don't order from zomato anyone, trust me you will regret it someday

                                I ordered from zomato amout was deducted but order not placed.. I want refund of the same. Rs. 181 was deducted from my credit card today 23.09.2018 around 6 pm but order was not placed.
                                After the payment it showed connection problem but amout was deducted and even order was not placed. Please resolve the issue.

                                  Payment made by me is successful, but after payment it hasnt redirected to zomoto. So order failed abruptly. But refund was not provided. When i contact the bank, they said transaction was successful to merchant, for any information contact the merchant. But zomoto isnt responding. Bank statment says that transfer to atom technologies. But if transaction hasnt reached zomato, why the transaction is not rolled back.

                                      I bought gold membership yesterday when i was logged in through facebook. I feared that something might get posted on my feed, so i removed facebook from my linked accounts and accidentally i signed out from that account. Now i am unable to log in my zomato account again. It’s gone. My money is gone. I don’t know how to get back that account, now when i try to log in using facebook new account got made. My gold membership was again it barely had been few hours i made payment and my account was gone, zomato customer care is unresponsive mails as well as chats, they wouldn’t even give me their customer care number or address, they made me repeat my problem min. 20 times still gave no solution! Worst app! Worst service!

                                        My orders got rejected by ovenstory pizza, zomato took money before order got confirmed by the restaurant, reason (It was out of stock)

                                        It's not about money as they said it will be refunded, but how the chat personnel treated me... I think they were having fun with me.

                                        Please i need zomato to atleast treat customer with respect, + why u are taking money for something which is out of stock?
