      I specifically mentioned in the cooking instruction not to deliver the nearing expiry product and I still receive the same. If the seller dont follow the instructions why the option is given on the app. And customer care replied
      We would like to inform you that no expired order has been delivered to you and also we have taken note of your feedback and we will work upon this. We'd like to inform you that quality is the sole discretion of the restaurant and Zomato has a little control over this. So, a refund or any value addition will not be possible from our end. As a valued customer, you can make a difference by rating the restaurant on the app or website as per your experience
      Why was the expiry date not mentioned by the seller if they want to sell items like this. It's clear I got cheated and zomato is not taking any action.

            For missing product refund was given only for the product was given then what abt the taxes?
            When I asked the supervisor to refund that also then was like call and ask restaurant people. He is not even listening what am I saying. I have attached the bill and marked item was missing they have refused to send the missing item.

            Today i order Biryani through Zamatoo app at the same time i paid online Rs 291.50 and unfortunately i forget to change my mobile number. after 1 hour i check my app is showing order cancelled i chat online app but they not solve my problem and say ur order cancelled due to wrong number. i ask about my refund they told me we are not give any refund sorry is your mistake ur number is wrong. tell me wt i do i want my order

              I am Imran Mushir Shaikh I am newly joining as a zomato delivery partner my I'd has been disabled by management due to identify fraud but I didn't know how to verify to my self on Zomato app so i only uploading my one picture every single time to verify my self I didn't know that you have to give fresh pictures all the time, that's why all this happened. I extremely sorry for all this happen now I promise you next time it's never happen sir I would request Zomato concern team to please solve my query 🙏 i need job very much i have no other work your job supports my house.😔

                      I ordered Paneer momos platter and I received "Chicken Fried rice". I connected to Zomato executive. He called at restaurant, they confirmed that zomato valet had multiple orders so by mistakenly non veg food delivered to you. After listening this Zomato executive redirected to another agent for this issue. Another agent confirmed that the food is VEG. she said it's Manchurian rice which was not true. At last when I told her to connect with any senior executive, she disconnected the call. (Just provided 100rs. coupon to my account) SERIOUSLY? Sending a NON VEG food to a PURE VEGETERIAN house. Do you have nay idea how serious & sensitive this issue is? I need strict & serious action in this issue and a heavy compensation to it.

                            I have bought a gold membership on 25 January 2023 and it was working fine as I was using it in location of Guwahati, Assam . But as I moved to Tezpur assam my Zomato Gold membership is not showing at all and I am unable to take the Gold benifits.

                            In The advertisement it was clearly mentioned that in the Gold membership evey delivery within 10km is free if it has a minimum value of 199/- Rs.But I am unable to use the gold benifits Here in Tezpur assam, and my app also not showing any Gold membership activation status at all Like it used to show earlier .

                            I want to know whether the advertisement regarding gold benefit are not cleary mentioned or there is glitch? please let me know.

                            I am attaching my gold membership purchase invoice and the Ad your company showed for your reference.

                            And if the benefits are not applicable in all places you should mention beforehand.

                              Yesterday I placed an order from Burger King via the app.
                              When the delivery guy came, I paid on the Zomato app via Google Pay, the money went from bank but the app said payment error. The delivery guy said that he is not seeing that the order is paid from his side and then the app was not showing a method of payment, so I paid the delivery guy via Google Pay again. I basically paid twice.
                              Then after not getting refund automatically from the failed payment earlier, I issued a complaint on Zomato website, and they replied to me on email.
                              According to the email I received from Zomato, they said that the delivery guy will refund me via online payment method and provided me his mobile number. I tried calling that guy a lot of times, but he is not picking up the phone and half the time the number is busy.
                              Only once someone picked up the phone and said that it is his brother and that I should try contacting him again in 10-15 minutes, but since then no one is picking up the call.
                              Can you please deal with this and return my money?

                                I have ordered 3 shakes from the monkey house at 5:08pm and delivery partner came to our address with wrong item i.e rolls.
                                He said that he misdeliverd the order with other customer. He said that he will come back in 5 min with proper delivery but still he not came and not lifting the call also please immediately look into it. After some time it is showing order delivered in Zomato so now I am unable to connect with delivery partner. I have mailed to Zomato and they responded by saying that we connected with delivery partner and he said that order is delivered which is lie. Even I have call recordings of delivery boy in which he was saying that he will come in 5 minutes.

                                  Hi, I had made an order on feb 4. The transaction said failed so I had to pay thrice but later when I checked the money had been debited from my account twice after saying that the transaction has failed . I’m suffering a loss of 520₹. Please refund back my money asap.

                                      I have ordered a pizza on Zomato, I have not received my food and also, they didn't refund my money, Zomato is not giving a proper service, they are not delivering the food on time in a proper condition, some delivery partners are having customer food.
