My order [protected] was not delivered due to agents mistake and later on it is shown as cancelled/ rejected/ declined at various places and Zomato is taking ground of wrong address at one place and not responding their call by me at other side where as both are false
I am claiming compansation and refund of full payment but they are refusing on above

I order oven story pizza from zomato on 23/12/2022 with the address in pashan, pune. The order was accepted by the oven story outlet in karve nagar and then the delivery boy called me and said he will not deliver my order as it is to long for him and said he will cancel the order from his side.
I called the oven story outlet and they said it is out of range of delivery and told me they will cancel my order and I will get the full refund. But after some time the order was marked as delivered and I did get any refund for this. Zomato should refund me all my money

I ordered 2 ginger burgers from Almushi foods and I paid through Gpay the amount was 284 i also used an coupon, but after paying through Gpay the amount was debited but the Zomato app didn't counted it, it was showing that payment failed but the amount was already debited from my account, i tried getting help from Zomato customer service but it's not of any use i didn't got any help from it, so I came here to raise an complaint about it .

I was trying to order my food from zomato but the transaction came unsuccessful twice. A minute a later i get a notification that the linked account is debited for Rs.183.45 and credited to VPA [protected]@icici. aBut on the app no order was confirmed from the restaurant. How do I get my money back?

I ordered one paneer tikka sub from my nearby subway using zomato, they delivered me an alootikka sub, when i contacted the restaurant they admitted for the wrong product and said their paneer tikka was finished so they sent me an aloo tikka, zomato have no direct customer call feature so mailed them everything but they are saying the order was right and there was no issue, i have added them the image of the product but they are not verifying saying that restaurant have sent the right product.
My mistake is that i didn't recorded the conversation with the restaurant.
Please look into my issue and help me in getting a complete refund on the order.

On Friday I had order a burger and french fries . When delivery boy called me at time I wasn't able to take call so I make call after 2 min. Later but at that time he had cancelled my order without any information and deducted my payment as a charge .If I didn't get my order than how could they deducte my money, now I want my refund. When I contact Zomato they only said give us 24-48 hours but the time period was over now they didn't response me any way
