    On 6th October, I booked tickets for Zomaland. The first transaction failed in the Zomato app but money was deducted from my account, so I did the 2nd transaction in hopes that the failed transaction will be refunded.
    Since that day I have sent multiple mails to the [protected]@zomaland.com and I have yet to receive any reply.
    I have also contacted the in app chat support team twice and both times I did not receive any useful help, they only said to send mail I will get the reply.
    I also contacted zomato care on Instagram and Twitter through Dm's and I still didn't get any help. It has been 20 days now and I have tried every possible way to get help.

        I am not able to apply any promo code from my account because it says promo codes have been disabled permanently due to suspicious activity... I am not able to understand what it is about...

          Dear Sir/Mam,

          I make on order from my spouse mobile no on October 14 2022 from the restaurant Savoury sea shell at the time around 7.55 pm my order ID [protected] is due to mobile phone hanged I couldn't attend the call after sometime while checking the phone i received three missed calls and called the customer support but they informed that your order cancelled due to call unattended but i already received many order at my doorstep even I haven't attend the call and my residence has security even delivery partner enquired to security he might have helped and my address and my location is pinned properly so they can deliver easily but they simply cancelled and deducted the money 735 as cancellation fee this is unfair happened to me and i contacted several times the customer support they informed me that you will be refunded within 7 working days and the refund if they mentioned is after that I came to know that I was cheated by the customer support and the restaurant and Zomato kindly check into the issue and resolve the problem at the earliest. Kindly refund my money so that I will be very thankful to kindly take some necessary action against Zomato

                Cheating by delivery partner

                I placed an order on[protected] through Zomato mobile app from Baba Pizza Cafe, Rewari, and paid the total amount of Rs. 297.65 via UPI. However, my son was not aware of this payment. So, when he took the order from the delivery partner, he was asked to do a payment of Rs. 350, which my son did through cash.

                I am not able to link my olamoney postpaid with zomato.
                When I go to accounts in zomato and try to link the ola money postpaid, it shows "you are not eligible to use ola money postpaid"

                      Hi,

                      I have placed an order today (18.10.2022) via Zomato at a local bakery for 4 items including 3 number of puffs. But I was delivered only one and even though I complained, Zomato didn’t take any measures to compensate me.

                      Also the prices were very different from the Zomato menu than the amount printed on the items.

                      Price of bread on zomato - 39
                      Price printed on product - 30

                      Price of muruku on zomato - 64
                      Price printed on product - 46

                            Hi, i am working with zomato fro almost 4 years and two days back my zomato rider id FE 566023 got terminated. i am sure that my id gets terminated because of my phone's condition, and i rectified it through a service centre. i haven't done anything wrong and it is sad that i am terminated because of my phone's condition. i am requesting team zomato to review my account as soon as possible and kindly re activate it for me to work. i hope team zomato will take necessary action to re activate my zomato id, which i am working for the past 4 years without any complaint. this termination happened becuase of some misunderstanding from zomato's side, which you weren't even asked me about the issue. if so i am sure that this wouldn't even happened. i have repaired my phone and waiting for the re activation of my zomato rider account.

                                  I ordered a Chicken Biryani from Zomato at evening but restaurant sent me plain rice without any chicken piece. This is pure scam. I even tried to talk to customer care but they didn't gave any satisfactory reply to me. This type of things are not accepted from a big company like Zomato. KINDLY HELP ME!
