As i have placed an order of mutton jumbo from mehfil restaurant of Rs 790. Later i have cancelled the order due to misplacement of address. So they have charged me cancellation charges of Rs 466.
So I immediately contacted them to refund the full amount as it was happened unfortunately and even i cancelled the order within 1 minute only. So at last they accepted for the same but till now I didn't received any refund.even 8 visited my bank home branch also they confirmed me that there is no refund initiated from Zomato to my source account. I request you to please take an action immediately.

    Unable to apply promo/coupon codes

    I can't apply coupon codes on Zomato while ordering food from any restaurant. It disables the option and says "Coupon codes are not applicable on current order".
    Please look into this issue as soon as possible and try to resolve it....

    Order ID - [protected] date of incident - 28.09.2022

    Description of Incident.

    I ordered food with Order ID - [protected] and delivery time was 36 mins approx. However, received call from Zomato executive to inform that delivery person - Nilesh Palkar is unable to deliver and required to cancel. I asked the Zomato executive do not cancel the order. This order was picked up other delivery boy from restaurant as checked with the restaurant. In between my order was cancelled by Zomato without customer consent. For resolution, I had contact with Zomato executives - Zia, Kajal, Anchal and Priyanshu . After 42 minutes of conversation Zomato Executive - Anchal disconnected the call without customer consent. There is no solution provided and no compensation provided

    1. Without customer consent how company executive can cancel the order?
    2. If the order is picked up by other delivery boy then why it can't be deliver?
    3. Anchal - Zomato Executive how can disconnect the call on face of customer?

    Solution - For the mental harassment Zomato need to compensate to the customer along with all charges including Consumer Forum apart from refund.
    Or, deliver the order without any charges.

                I had placed an order on September 4th, but zomato was unable to process the order due to the restaurant not able to fulfill the order.                     I have been made order on 17/09/2022 from [protected] to hotel shere e Punjab on 11.28. am and cancel order on 11.29 because of i want made payment through Gpay but it's made by lazy pay so I cancel my order. I have made payment of Rs. 264.5 through lazy pay and received refund of 180.5. i want full refund of rs 264.5. for Rs. 84 i have made complain to zomato by email many ime they said we made refund but in my account not show. I asked then to give me transection id but they not provide.

                    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and give me refund as soon as possible.

                                Just 1 km from my house to the restaurant, the delivery boy did not even come to the place and canceled the order. No refund was given and Zomato was charged as compensation for canceling. The screenshot of the orders is attached. This is the third time zomato is doing this. Whatever the amount you pay they simply take it as cancellation fees. These guys are robbing the people. When you want to approach them, no customer care number. only a virtual assistant is available no help. Very bad service.
