Spe 10th we ordered a cake. After 1 hr the delivery called us and asked us for location after saying the location he said im not in that place im in some other location so im cancelling the order. we received an email from Zomato that we are not responsive so they cancelled the order. I sent an email to zomato regarding the same they replied your not responsive you caused waste of food so we are not giving us refund. I dont know how zomato decides that we are not responsive than how come the delivery guy called and asked for the address? either we cant talk to zomato other than email this is very good strategy to loot people money. If zomato has ethics atleast they should cll us and ask they didnt even contacted we cannot contact them it seems its a strategy to rob the money from people. I need my money back

    Hello, I ordered two different restaurants and they cancel my orders and from 2021 and I am waiting for my money, but there is no help, I support, they don't do anything, just meaningless talk. My money is $56, I went useless because of restaurant mistakes.

        Mode of payment was online.
        But when the delivery boy came, he took cash from us.We said it was online payment but he didn't agree and said that the payment wasn't processed so we have to pay in cash.
        It is still showing paid pine and even the amount got deducted

              I asked for a subway sandwich with some modifications. But the order I received were not according to them. No double meat was given although it was charged. No double cheese slice, also charged from bill. Onion added when I didn't add onion at all. Bread not given according to choice. Please look into this matter.

                I had placed an order and made online payment through net banking. The app showed payment failure but the money was debited from the bank. When I called customer care they said the money will be refunded within 7 days. But today 9 days are completed and I still did not receive the refund.

                  1 I ordered a Biryani and there was mention of Raita and Gulab jamun, Raita was provided but there was not any Gulab Jamun when i complained about it they informed we are not responsible for this, Order id :[protected]

                  2 I ordered 2 half Biryani but they actually provided 2 quarter biryani and when i complained about this issue they informed me we are not responsible for it. i also saw review section later and there was many complain regarding the same issue, order id [protected]

                          Zomato doesn't listen to complains. Last 3 times, I order food, give instructions to both the restaurant manager and delivery boy and still don't get my order fullfilled. Zomato shows very high prices compared to actual food prices in the restaurant and very frequently nowadays delivers wrong order even giving non-veg to us vegetarians once and still the complaint portal doesn't work and bots are there which are completely useless.

                            it was raining. i was waiting on the road just at the entrance of house.

                            no delivery person came and suddenly they cancelled the order saying phone not reachable.

                              I ordered a milk shake at night and delivery executive didn’t respond to my call and didn’t came to deliver for 1 and a 1/2 hour and after some time I got notification that I didn’t receive the order so my money deducted but there is not my fault so I want my money refund

                                  Today while I was driving to the gym on my everyday road. One of the Zomato valets drived rashly trying to squeeze between two cars and hit me on my bike who was behind one car. And latter claim it was my mistake and made me pay them 200 because the order they were delivering was delayed. While my bike suffered damages upto 5000. You have to give more discipline to your valets in driving. Trying to deliver the order fast they are hurting and damaging other people. If you don't take any action I'll have to proceed legally
