Yesterday i ordered some food from zomato but i unfortunately it cancel & no food will be delivered&no money will refund till now pls solve my problem as soon as possible.my order id is [protected]....

We have ordered many items today with the order .
but complain is about two items:
1. ordered bhisibili bhat but received veg bhat/rice
2. set dosa received is burnt.

We raised complaint but this is really hopeless, they asked to send email and when we send email then nothing happens.

this has happened multiple times with Zomato but this time I will take this matter to consumer court and...

Description of the incident: I had ordered food worth Rs1217 yesterday from Burger King, MG Road, Gurgaon. Im extremely disappointed that since the order had to be done online, i did so but neither did i receive my food and i also lost my valuable money. One of the most disgusting services ever experienced on Zomato. I ordered some food from a restaurant yesterday night. The delivery person brought the package to my apartment, but he was not ready to get down from the vehicle and remained seated. He insisted that I come out of the gate to collect it, and he remained seated in his bike and told me that he was not ready to get down.
