On July 31st. I ordered Ibaco on my Wife's Zomato app with my debit card. There were multiple failures in payment.
The next day, when I checked the bank statement. We can see 2 payments deducted from bank to Zomato.

Initially we contacted Zomato, they asked to check with bank. My Bank checked and verified, the payment is done so we need to check with Zomato for refund. Again we forwarded the mail to Zomato, they are again redirecting us to bank. Please help us get the refund.
