1 I ordered a Biryani and there was mention of Raita and Gulab jamun, Raita was provided but there was not any Gulab Jamun when i complained about it they informed we are not responsible for this, Order id :[protected]

2 I ordered 2 half Biryani but they actually provided 2 quarter biryani and when i complained about this issue they informed me we are not responsible for it. i also saw review section later and there was many complain regarding the same issue, order id [protected]

          Zomato doesn't listen to complains. Last 3 times, I order food, give instructions to both the restaurant manager and delivery boy and still don't get my order fullfilled. Zomato shows very high prices compared to actual food prices in the restaurant and very frequently nowadays delivers wrong order even giving non-veg to us vegetarians once and still the complaint portal doesn't work and bots are there which are completely useless.

            i ordered food at hotel new apsara for 196 rupees at 7.12 pm on .06.09.22.

            it was raining. i was waiting on the road just at the entrance of house.

            no delivery person came and suddenly they cancelled the order saying phone not reachable.

            they deducted money but no refund...

              I ordered a milk shake at night and delivery executive didn’t respond to my call and didn’t came to deliver for 1 and a 1/2 hour and after some time I got notification that I didn’t receive the order so my money deducted but there is not my fault so I want my money refund

                  Today while I was driving to the gym on my everyday road. One of the Zomato valets drived rashly trying to squeeze between two cars and hit me on my bike who was behind one car. And latter claim it was my mistake and made me pay them 200 because the order they were delivering was delayed. While my bike suffered damages upto 5000. You have to give more discipline to your valets in driving. Trying to deliver the order fast they are hurting and damaging other people. If you don't take any action I'll have to proceed legally

                    Issue- fraud issue.I have ordered kit kat fererro cake today but instead of that I've got some cheap choclate cake. I'm betrayed with my expectations and money. I've tried to contact the restaurant but no one is responding there. I need an immediate action on this fraud issue and want my money back ASAP.                               I ordered from a delivery service called Zomato and a few items from my order were missing and incorrect. Since its a frequent occurrence (regardless of the delivery app used: Swiggy or Zomato) and I had always received my refunds promptly in the past(through both, however I had just recently started using Zomato), I quickly took the pics and asked for chat support.

                              Firstly they denied the support through chat and asked to send the pics and order ID through email. I did just that. I later got an email saying there is nothing they can do and no refund is possible.This is just ridiculous. The whole concept of a delivery service is to provide timely and correct delivery.

                              I sent another mail requesting for help and they just keep sending me automated emails and just no support is provided!

                              I called the restaurant and they never got back to me, its PizzaHut! They are supposed to be accountable!

                              I feel robbed, I had one weekend which i was looking forward to all week and this happened. No support, just feel punished for using their service. How is this fair and allowed? What can I do to get my refund?
