I ordered a burger and cup cake at 10.37 am on Aug 21st. I waited for long time and the order got cancelled at 11.18 after acceptance. I ordered for my hungry child and Zomato caused me mental trauma

        I had ordered Veg Chinese thali from The Roof Cafe and restro. Quality of food was horrible. It was stale. I felt like vomiting after eating Manchurian. Chilli paneer was not properly Cooked. Chowmin was stale and tasteless. Food was not hot. They charged me Rs 219. I asked them for refund but they denied. I want my refund.

          I ordered a pizza from lord of fries and when i didn't like it i gave a review it's not good in response to the review the owner of the restaurant replied in an insulting way and humiliated me asking have i ever eaten a pizza with mozzarella cheese.                 I am firoz form Delhi I am working in zomato last 2years and and whole year I never cancel and denial any or one day my phone screen was broken and I get login into zomato but my selfie was not correct..and zomato think was fourding with zomato and zomato will terminated my account due to identy fuard that's really so bad zomato will given any chance to explaining my situation zomato directly terminate my that's really.. I hamble request to zomato please recover my account as well because love delivering in zomato and do well performance in zomato so please requested to zomato please do something in my account and I will start my work as normally days thank you

                    I have joined for part time job in zomato delivery boy work and I have completed all training videos and i have paid Rs. 500 for Tshirt and Bag for work.
                    Still iam not received any tshirt and bag and my I'd is also suspended.

                    Kindly consider the same and do the needful at the earliest.

                      On July 31st. I ordered Ibaco on my Wife's Zomato app with my debit card. There were multiple failures in payment.
                      The next day, when I checked the bank statement. We can see 2 payments deducted from bank to Zomato.

                        I have ordered on Zomato on 20.8.3022. The delivery person mr.ramavath[protected] has not came to the exact location. Instead he has asked me to come downstairs and collect the order. I've mistakenly added water bottle in delivery instructions for which I have asked if there is a possibility of returning the bottle. Instead of simply saying no, he started talking rudely saying that you are looking like a fool. If you not interested then why you've added in instruction. Later he removed his helmet and tried to fight with me. This irresponsible and rude behaviour is not acceptable. Kindly take action on him as it is reputation loss to Zomato.

                            This is to inform you that we had a get-together at our house due to the janmashtmi celebration and we made a order around 09:13pm from chicago pizza through zomato. The order was worth 1800rs. Later we connected with your delivery partner named Mr Hariram and he simply refused about delivering it. We later talked to your staff and one of your staff named Ms Sapana talked to us but couldn't really help with the problem.
                            Your brand carries a prestigious name and is recommended by everyone for their delivery services and not cancelled orders. This wasn't the first time we ordered through your app but this time our experience was repulsive. It is such a shame as with a huge brand name you fail to provide a decent service to your customers. Even after contacting several times no solution was found and at the end the order was CANCELLED from ZOMATO'S SIDE without any intimation to us.Please look into this matter as the embarrassing we had to face in front of our guests was insulting. we waited till 12 all hungry while hoping for the food and yet no help was provided . if this is the service you provide im sorry but ill never plan to order from your app again. please take an action regarding your team for not working and doing their job effectively and suggest a compensation for the same.

                              I have ordered some food today from Mahalaxmi food at cuttack.But unfortunately 2 pkt of bhujia are missing.It is regret to say that after sharing the pocket with company(as per company wish), they are not reversed my money yet.They used my money to big their pocket.                                   On Aug 19 2022 at 09:05 PM I ordered Veggie Classic Steam Momo add Fried + Veg Darjeeling momo worth 179 169 respectively I ordered this because of one offer which says order 348 Above and get an Free veggie Moburg
                                  Items 179 and 169 worth exactly 348
                                  for that I applied one available coupon code "TASTY" and got 100 rupee off and I paid 285.20 rupees

                                  but at the end I got veggie classic steam momo worth 139 quantity * 2 with no free Moburg
                                  which worth 278 not even applying coupon code if this would have applied coupon code it should have come to 178 but I paid 285 for three item got only 2 which worth even less than I paid for I contacted them on app / twitter and even on mail they have not given me my money back kindly provide me my money back from them
