He is very rude and he is very cheated person y r u recruit this type of person very shame on u Zomato pls avoid this type of people very worst. He came up to beat me his name khajamohideen ([protected]) chennai delivery person pls take a action on him.

    I have odered food and use current location mention complete address of mine.
    Due to their Map issue they have picked up some other location around 10 km away.
    Delivery boy refuse to come
    Zomato execute call me and said we will refurnd the amount due to some tech issue it was placed some other location.
    Now they are saying we can refund as you have cancel the order.
    Its 3rd continous time i am facing such an issues with zomato.
    Please do not use zomato platform
    They dont care for your money, time and need

        This is Ritika Jain with email ritika.[protected]@gmail.com. I am a zomato pro plus member. In my office, I tried ordering some food where bill value after all discount was 398 rupees. However, I also checked same on my friend's phone who not even pro member, the amount payable was 319. There was one coupon code (TRYNEW) which was giving him Rs 100 discount, but same was not shown and applied in my zomato ID. We paid 2k per year for proplus member for cost saving and despite we are incurring higher cost even after waiving delivery fees.

        This is fraudulent practise by zomato.

            My orders have been cancelled multiple times and i do not get refunds.
            The only thing they say is
            Your refund is initiated.
            I didn't get my money on multiple occasions.

              On 13th and 14th July 2022 there was a transaction from my paytm wallet of amount ₹261 and ₹621 which unknowingly got deducted. I don't know what was the order and it was not done by me. Also i didn't receive any message or any order from regarding payment. I am attaching below the order no. For reference. Please convey this request as early as possible & resolve the issue. Thank you.

                      Order was not delivered to me and even customer care person also not able to contact delivery guy, So customer care executive has cancelled the order and communicated to me that We will initiate the refund amount of your order but now its 10 day I did not get any refund till date.
                      In mail also they are responding regarding the refund amount.

                              On 11th July 2022 at 12:44pm, Rs. 1122 were deducted from my Paytm Wallet by Zomato Media Pvt Ltd.

                              I did not place any order, I was not browsing any restaurant, I don't even have the Zomato app on my phone, and Zomato website was not opened on any of my devices.
                              This is a HIGHLY FRAUDULENT activity. Zomato should take extensive measures to prevent this, it could get far worse.
                              Looking forward to earliest resolution, before escalating this further.
