          Now a days the food being delivered by the company is getting worst the food comes stale burnt with hair feather and I am still waiting someday I’ll find a lizard aswell..
          And guess what when you try and complain about it they say that then don’t control over the food preparation and that’s all.
          So I have spent thousand of rupees on your worst delivered food.
          And if I pay for something I atleast want it to be eatable.
          I don’t know weather anything is gonna change in future but I seriously wish that you guys just leave the field and let someone else do the job if you are not able to take action on some serious notes.

              I didn’t receive all the items i ordered, i filed a complaint on zomato but they asked me to mail and i did but there is no response. I faced issues for my last 2 orders and i mailed for both of them but i still didn’t recieve any reply.

                I ordered food from zomato worth almost a THOUSAND RUPEES. I waited for nearly ONE AND A HALF HOUR for this delivery, money was deducted, and once the delivery agent was close by, my order was REJECTED. I received no call from either the delivery executive or the security to permit his entry, the order was STRAIGHT REJECTED. I didnt receive any food, and neither was my money refunded.

                  I had ordered brownie fudge on 18th June.But the packaging was not proper and the quality of food was also not good. Brownie was hard and cold and chocolate was syrupy. We are spending so much money on the zomato services but they are not providing good service. It has happened before as well. When i asked for refund the zomato executive said that its not under their control and ask me to put review on restaurant page. When i asked for restaurant link they just closed the chat without giving any resolution.

                    Packing and spillage issue(ORDER ID: 4130065111)

                    Hi,

                    I have packing and spillage issue in my order. ORDER ID: [protected].

                    The whole pepsi medium pack gone empty and spilled over the burger packages.

                    I have sent a mail to zomato support but no response even after 24hrs.

                    Kindly refund my order....

                    I have placed order from zomato (order no [protected]
                    )on 17.06.2022 for which amount Rs 587.90 was paid online.
                    My delivery address was mentioned correctly in the order.
                    I received a call from delivery boy who clearly refused to deliver my order citing wrong address.
                    When I requested him to check that My delivery address is mentioned correctly, he again refused and told that he will talk to company.
                    After sometime I again got call from zomato, where a lady named MARIAM bluntly refused to deliver my order and said order will be cancelled.
                    I requested to check that my delivery address on order is correct and to deliver the order ; she refused. She was extremely arrogant and rude.

                    After all this suffering, I received message that my order is cancelled entire amount is deducted as cancellation charges. I have not canceled my order.

                    How can zomato cancel my order mentioning address mismatch when my DELIVERY ADRESS IS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. Also they have deducted entire amount as cancellation charges.

                    On top of this your virtual assistant is not giving any option to sort this thing out.(attached)

                    when I complained on [protected]@zomato.com on 17.06.2022, they replied "This mail is for order ID -[protected] from Pizza Hut regarding the order cancellation.

                    We would like to inform you that if the order gets cancelled due to the wrong delivery address, a cancellation charge is levied as the food is already prepared and dispatched. We have checked on our end that you had asked for delivery to another location, which was not possible for our delivery person. We would further request you to avoid such instances going forward as it leads to food wastage."

                    Please note that I have not cancelled my order, I have not asked to deliver to any other location. I have asked to deliver to the mentioned address only.

                      On 16June, 2022 I order Biriyani from Arsenal Biriyani...My Order I'd - [protected]..

                      When I order the food your app show me 32 min delivery...but actually take 41min ( order at 11.28 am and delivered my food at 12.09 pm)(attached all proofs)

                      Secondly chicken biryani chicken and alu not cooked well because both are raw inside and smells are not good ...

                      So that i couldn't eat chicken and alu because of this reason.

                      I need resolution about ...1st i chat with Zomato help us after they told me that mail your problem on [protected]@zomato.com...after that they give me unique ticket Id[protected] ... And told me that they will get back within 24 hours. But didn't get any mail about ...

                      They are just ignoring the issues.

                            On 10th June I had ordered Rs 444 product to Dhanbad.The delivery partner contact me once without reaching location.I request him to reach location and send my relative to the spot. Unfortunately due to failure of BSNL network I couldn't contact further.My relative waited for about one hour on the location but no one reach there for delivery. Afterwards I received massage for cancellation.The main matter is my money has not been refunded till date. Is this the best service of zomato?

                                  My Name is Agradip Das. I am from Agartala, Tripura. On 5th june I have ordered from Zomato. The delivery girl name was Arpita. My total bill was Rs 269. I had given her Rs 300. She told she had no change. So, she told me you can trust me I will pay Rs 30 later. Today is 16th of june but still she had not came to give my money. This is not expected Zomato. I am a regular customer but this happened for first time. I want my money back as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered 'veggie pizza' from curdo minos in Jaipur. The food offered wa stale and we could not chew one bit. I've paid approximately 400 rs for inedible food and I would like to claim refund. I've kept the pizza in freezer incase someone wants to inspect it because this is a serious issue. Zomato and restaurant can get me food poisoning.
