I have orderd food from Mahaveer Dhaba on 2 June 2022 at 7:59PM. and i have recieved this order in an spilled condition. I am attaching some pictures of it.

I tried to contact zomato customer support in Chat section and also sent a mail to them regarding to this. I waited for many days but didn't get any response from zomato. This behaviour towards consumers is not acceptable from such big companies.

I have placed an order worth of 183.5 rupees from zomato. The UPI transaction was successful and the amount has been deducted from my account. But the order is not placed.

I had ordered food on Zomato with order ID [protected] on 22nd May but the Parcel having food received was wet & the food i ordered is wet and that can't even Eat.

My number [protected] my profile verification was pending please solve this problem and active my account

Our experience with order id [protected] has been terrible. I am a Zomato Pro customer.

To celebrate birthday of my Mom and we had guests come over. We placed an order thru Zomato on 5 Spice (Chinese Restaurant – Vile Parle – just 2.7 KM away and time to travel is less than 15 minutes). The order was placed at 8:20 pm and 51 minutes were given as delivery time. We started tracking delivery 8:30 onwards and the delivery agent was shown 5 minutes away from the Restaurant. At 8:45 pm, the status never changed. So we called the delivery agent, and he informed he will delivery with a bit of delay due to unforseen rains. At 9:00 pm, the time of delivery, got a call from Zomato, saying the delivery would be 30 minutes late, requesting us to wait. At 9:30 pm, our guests left thoroughly disappointed and we felt terribly helpless and ashamed .

Finally we contacted Zomato customer service via chat at 9:55 pm . The Customer Service person informed us that the order will not reach us at all asking us if we wanted to cancel the order. Did we have any choice??? As a matter of token, a coupon of Rs. 400/- was shared over SMS to us.

Now at 10:00 pm in the night, how do we celebrate Birthday dinner? It was the most disgraceful event, all because of Zomato and look at the apology of Rs. 400/- . We are not looking for tokens but what about annual birthday celebrations lost ?? Our guests walking away and we left with no option but to remain hungry and survive on sandwiches.

I seriously warn people that i[censored] see delivery getting delayed by Zomato, just cancel it and switch to someone like Swiggy or other aggregators if you don’t want to be treated like we were. Alternatively just skip Zomato.

I had ordered Guntur chicken from Andra Gunpowder restaurant and non veg indulgence meal from firangi bake and the both orders were cancelled by Zomato end and I haven't received my refund amount till now.
Andhra gun powder (order number [protected]) - 239.95 rs
Firangi bake (order number [protected]) - 454.65rs please look this matter at the earliest

First of all their drivers wouldn't read the instructions and ring the bell middle of night and their representatives (Sunny) as well also they would just hang up on you (Sheikh and ifra) and most importantly they wouldn't take any responsibility and won't let you speak to a manager at all. Not recommended at all. Poor service

I had ordered 1 x Onion and 1 x Margeherita Pizza from La Pino'z Pizza (Sikandra, AGRA) but delivery boy refused to deliver my food to my mentioned address and after 10 min, status on my app showing items delivered.

When i called him regarding the issue, he didn't answered.

I demand the inquiry and my money from Zomato.
