I received very bad smell rotten food it can't be consumed by a human even my pets aren't able to eat these biryani it's totally bad its rotten biryani from zomato.

          Hii zomato I ordered food from singh da punjabi dhaba at 11:11pm, the delivery boy didn't came to deliver the food, and also in app I am not getting the option for support, the delivery boy must have ate the food and also didn't answer any of our calls.delivery boy name-bikash, phone number-[protected], I need action against the delivery boy and my zomato account email id is [protected]@gmail.com, after 2hrs delivery guy marked food as delivered even without delivering the food, zomato refunded my amount, but I need the delivery guy to be punished so that he don't harass people at so late in the night.please remove the fraud delivery guy

                  My self P. Santosh Kumar & My id no. FE1866582, i have registered in Zomato delivery partner app on last sunday & i have paid 600rs. After 72 hours i go to online it's shows my id was suspended due to BGV is failed. So i need My money 600rs to be Refund or otherwise Activate should be Activated. This is not fair & And there is know response from Zomato, there is no customer care also to Approach Zomato only their are Reponding from mail. So kindly sort out my issue or give me suggestion to solve my issue.

                            My Zomato Id was terminated in February and all of the sudden I received notification stating that your ID is activated you can start taking deliveries, I felt very happy about that, spontaneously I opened the app and completed the first delivery and the next moment the ID was blocked back again don't know why did that happen, are playing around with people wo are really in need of doing work? and you people giving false hope to others. this is not all fair.
                            I still request you to activate my Account cause I want join back, I have no problem with the company but maintenance of it is not up to the mark.

                                Dear sir, I would like to highlight that I placed an Order On ZOMATO vide Order Number[protected], Total Amount ₹712.70, Items : 1 x Pizza Fest Starting @ 599 (Save Upto 49%), Ordered on May 03, 2022 at 08:23 PM. The Order delivery period time was committed to be 48 min and the delivery partner of ZOMATO reached near my location but at wrong gate, and called up me. On the Third attempt, i had received his call and spoke to him for 3 min 50 seconds and made him understand that correct gate to reach my door step is just 100mtr away. however, he adamantly, refused to oblige and even on being requested to hand over the order item on gate, refused to do so and self rejected the order citing that the customer did not respond to his phone call and thus as per extent policy of ZOMATO took away full Rs 712 to his credit as compensation. This being prepaid order, the not only hard earned money had been pocketed by the delivery partner of ZOMATO but ethical wait of the satisfactory delivery for last 1 hour and so had been ended up to no avail. Here, it is to be noted that Zomato is committed to ensure delivery to door step address provided. Therefore, having reached near by the location provided does not mean to a delivery partner that he would trespass by jumping over the wall if felt convenient to delivery the order through shortest route. He is very much obliged to enter through allowable gate of a gated community and despite having been instructed so over conversation for 3 min 50 sec, it appears that he has deliberate intention to take away the order value by unfair means of self rejecting the order and submitting to ZOMATO that the customer has been unresponsive to phone. ZOmATo must refund the money to me and take necessary action on such fraudster delivery partners.

                                  There is no cash on delivery option available on my phone for any order. It always shows cod is not available at this order but if i order the se thing from other phone it will show the cod option. I want to use my cod option kindly give me my cod option back. At first i was able to use cod but for 1 year my cod option is not working. You really need to fix that.
