The food ordered didn't have a seal as it can be seen in the images which means that the food could've been tampered with.

Zomato says that safety is their priority but it doesn't seem so, furthermore the customer support agent also refused to refund me which completely unfair.

I request a refund via this forum.

I have made a payment of Rs.146 on 01.04.2022 to place an order in zomato app. Amount was deducted from my account but order was not placed. The same issue happened before also and it very disappointing. Please refund the amount at the earliest.

I have ordered food from Zomato. But unfortunately the food in the hotel is not available, so Zomato representative called me and said there is no food your amount will be credited back. So I waited for 2 days more and there is no sign of my money which should come back.

I have ordered with surendra bhojnalaya meal Aliganj Lucknow amt, 112=yesterday for someone else and order was already paid but due to some error my number was not reachable and order was cancelled via zomato but still the delivery boy delivered meal and take payment in our personal phone number.

Between 20 to 30 March 2022 almost 2000 Rs got auto paid to Zomato from my paytm wallet even though I didn't ordered anything and even after payment I didn't received any order at my home.
This is really not acceptable how Zomato can get money from someone paytm wallet without any notification. This is hacking and it's very much serious issue.
Please take required action. I am ready to show all paytm tractions.

I ordered domino pizza on 18.03.2022 from zomato. The order [protected] at 10 pm got accepted by an outlet in Borivali (Nirman height ) located at 5 min away and status was changed to delivered at 1 pm without delvering the pizza to me..from zomato...neither zomato note Dominoes responded till date to my order...neither they refunded my amount.

I've placed an order on 19 March. It was somehow not delivered but Zomato hasn't credited the refund on the pretext of having prepared the food. It forgets it had a Miranda beverage bottle too.
I demand full refund because I've already told the delivery partner that receiver might not be available so that he should leave the items to the neighbour.

I had ordered 2 VEG wraps from Faasos on Zomato on 23rd March 2022. However, i was delivered with 2 Chicken Wraps instead.
Upon complaining, Zomato easily backed out saying we are just delivery partners and for any blunder from the restaurant, i need to contact them for refund. So i did that, I contacted Faasos and they immediately initiated a refund of Rs 176 to the Zomato account. Upon checking after 7 days, I still haven’t received the amount so i seek customer support from Zomato, however they kept dodging my query and asked me to drop emails from day 1 itself which I already did. They said we only deal with real time issues and since your issue is old, write an email to us. I have written several emails, followed up but no reply or refund.
I would like to make this a strong point because when I am a Zomato Pro member (i already pay more for their services) my concerns are not addressed properly.
This is not a mistake, its a huge blunder because i had ordered the veg wraps for a pure vegetarian and this person ended up having the non veg wrap instead. I asked Zomato to take back the wraps too but no reply.
Kindly assist my complaint and please take strict action against Zomato. They are simply unprofessional.

The app was working fine till yesterday. I never cancelled any orders and I even bought the zomato pro plus package. I request you please help me in this matter
