I have recently bought the pro plus membership from Zomato. Since then minimum benefits they give have been decreasing. For example, Delivery on time or delivery free option has been disabled for me. When asked to the customer support they said they cannot make any changes to it. They do not deliver on time and now this option has been removed which is really frustrating for me. Zomato deducted RS 852 without authorisation from Paytm wallet.It was done in 2 saperate transaction.
Rs 616.60 and 235.50 on 23 Feb 2022 at about 7:40 PM .I raied it with Paytm and so far all I have is a complain number. I dot know who is responsible for fraud here Attaching screenshot....

I ordered paneer butter masala from Punjabi tadka. I had ordered the same dish from the restaurant in the past as well. But this time it came really pathetic in quality as well as quantity. Dear zomato, there is much more to say but i am sharing the wrong happenings, delivery boys are doing their jobs but getting payout in diverse form. Some like me are doing too much work but getting only money around 800 rs full day. Some are just sleeping at their homes and doing easy orders and getting 1100 rs a day. This is because of your worsed appointed corrupt team leaders only making good rate card ids for their freinds and relatives....

I want to complain against Zomato because it did not deliver food after taking payment from me. I placed the order on February 13, 2022 at 5:57 pm for total amount Rs 96.60, the order contained 2 items. Zomato delivered one item but it did not deliver the second item. On 20 Feb 2022 pm, Rs. 1486.1 were deducted from my Paytm Wallet by Zomato Media Pvt Ltd.

I did not place any order, I was not browsing any restaurant, I don't even have the Zomato app on my phone, and Zomato website was not opened on any of my devices.
This is a HIGHLY FRAUDULENT activity. Zomato should take extensive measures to prevent this, it could get far worse.
