1) I ordered 300 rs food, i got 30 rs worthy food,
2)It was cold, it was hard, and tasteless, without much cream, just brushed with miser amount of cream for formality sake.
3) i called the restaurant infront of zomato person sapna, on conference, the restaurant person was not hearing me out and going on talking that this is how its made etc, then i said listen i am not ganwar i know stuffs and then only i am reaching out to you, he got furious and started shouting at me in that what do i mean to say? People who eat at restaurants are ganwar? We are not responsible for your order, you ordered through zomato you give ur complain to them. He talked to me veryyy rudely even without hearing me out which clearly showed he was at fault so he was not letting others speak, and shouted at me and said you ordered through zomato, u talk to them and disconnected the phone quickly,
4) and the zomato girl sapna said - sorry maam i can’t help you with anything further, the restaurant didn’t allowed refund or replacement,
NOW MAY I KNOW WHERE SHALL I GO WITH MY CLAIMS?
I got bad food, 300/- rs food i got just few pieces and dt too cold and hard and tasteless (stale), and i complained then they shouted at me rudely, i am wanting justice, if zomato is not able to provide me with one then i will be forced to opt other ways, such rude behaviour I won’t tolerate, it was an insult . Nd zomato doesn’t support me and help me then the world will know zomato doesn’t take hold of their actions,
