This is to inform you that Zomato's services are very bad. Today we ordered Pizza and other items at 1:30 Pm from Biggies Pizza through Zomato. But till now we have not received our food. when we called to delivery Boy Mr. Rishi then said to call the company. He is not responsible for the delay.
Can any one of the management share with me the reason for the delay with proof. Otherwise I'll escalate it to consumer court with compensation demanded. we'll never use your services in future and also upload everything on social media, how you guys make fools to the public.

It's very much rubbish to give me an amount of Rs. 84 as compensation. I think the cost of 2 Hours and the image of a regular buyer is Rs. 84 as per the norms of Zomato. Until I had paid Rs 583.25 for the food with Rs.500/- coupan adjusted.
You guys provide very bad services and force us to accept the bad food which was made before 2 Hours and delivery boy carried it for the same time in the temperature of 31 'C'.
All these activities will be put on social media. So that everyone will take care and be safe from the wrost services by Zomato.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
