How Zomato is sensitive about customers' sentiments. They delivered nonveg food tonight although I had ordered veg food from a pure veg restaurant. We are pure veg and Pro plus customer. When I spoke to their customer care about our sentiments, they were causal. If Zomato is not able to manage delivery, they should shut their business. Even after sending so many reminders, they did not bother to respond. But tweeted "As per their record, my issue had been addressed and the final resolution had been provided from their end. As a customer, I haven't received yet any resolution. Even after asking a number of times, they were not able to answer "What is the final resolution". I am planning to send a legal notice for hurting my religious sentiments?
