    I want to complain against Zomato because it did not deliver food after taking payment from me. I placed the order on February 13, 2022 at 5:57 pm for total amount Rs 96.60, the order contained 2 items. Zomato delivered one item but it did not deliver the second item. The second item is "Kerala Parotta" and it was worth Rs 26.30.

    I contacted Zomato customer care multiple times for help but they are not ready to replace the order or refund the money but they ask me to review the restaurant on their app. I asked them "how is this helpful in getting my money back?", they have no answer to it.

    Please help me with the refund for the undelivered item.

        I have ordered two cups of coffee from zomato on 14th February 2022 and they have delivered a wrong item for which they have promised a refund of the amount I have paid that is Rs. 659.50. But I haven't received any kind of refund like that. When asked for the status of my refund they are asking me to check with my bank with the RRN number 30003720452045189631844. I wanna receive my refund it has been couple of days now.

            There was a delivery boy who. came to our building iLa- chapelle, A wing, 401 at 11.15 to deliver. I saw him going up. I finished my call and wanted to go up. But this boy had kept the lift door open for 5 minutes till he finished giving it and he came in the lift. I was stranded there. There is continous voice telling to close the lift door but he kept it open as he wanted to go down quickly. After he came down I told him nicely that don't keep door open next time. He is telling me Bahes mat karna mere saath. Was very arrogant. He gave his wrong name and was not ready to give his surname. He said his name is Ravi but when we called on his number it was neeraj. On top of it while going he taunted me..khush raho and Zomato mein kitne log kaam karte hai kis kis ko pakdoge. We have decided not to allow him next time in our premises.This is so bad and from a reputed company like Zomato. There were so many complaints about Zomato delivery boys but I was witness to this. We everyone from this society are thinking of stopping ordering through Zomato. Please take action against this person.

                On 20 Feb 2022 pm, Rs. 1486.1 were deducted from my Paytm Wallet by Zomato Media Pvt Ltd.

                I did not place any order, I was not browsing any restaurant, I don't even have the Zomato app on my phone, and Zomato website was not opened on any of my devices.
                This is a HIGHLY FRAUDULENT activity. Zomato should take extensive measures to prevent this, it could get far worse.
                Looking forward to earliest resolution, before escalating this further.

                    Dear zomato. From last two weeks I have been offering a special dinner pay like if I do order pay of Rs. 450 i can get Rs. 340 as incentives. But even though I have reaches my order of above Rs. 450 I am not getting incentive. When I raised the tickets on this I am getting same reply no of times. Please check these and do needful.

                              My Zomato account has been disabled after having paid Rs 300 for pro-plus services. This issue was escalated to them by mail but they keep on sending the automated messages stating that the issue resolving is still in process and will be attended to. I am unable to order food for the last 4 days. Whenever I try to talk to them they kept on telling us that it will be processed in some days and they kept on extending the processing date. Kindly help me with this.

                              I have also seen some tweets regarding this on Twitter that after purchasing for pro plus those people's coupon code option has been disabled. Then what is the benefit of subscribing to pro plus? A person who does not have a pro account also gets the same price and I who subscribed for pro plus also get the same price. They were not clear when advertising about the pro plus. They told us we would not get delivery charges when we order but they have disabled the promo code option for the pro plus customers ( they didn't mention this when advertising for pro plus). If they were clear on advertising we wouldn't have subscribed. Help us on this. I felt like I got cheated. I started to feel like Zomato is cheating people allegedly in the name of Pro Plus. We trusted their service and even bought some shares in the secondary market thinking that they would deliver the promises as they mentioned but they are not. So please help a common civilian who got worried about this.

                                  I received bhel instead of sev puri withour prior confirmation before changing my order.
                                  The zomato support team was selling lolipops of coupons 50 and 70 rs to me. Also kunal(zomato team) had the audacity to resolve the complaint without giving me a solution.
                                  This is utter nonsense.
