Zomato Gold — compensation of the money

We visited saffroan navrangpura branch on 6/1/19 (Sunday) which is a partner restaurant of zomato gold according to their website. After waiting for 30 mins they refused to be partner with zomato gold. We asked for the favour of zomato gold but they did not responded well. We asked for compensation but they are not responding. They disconnected call thrice & not responding to messeges since 3 days.
