Zomato Gold Complaints & Reviews

I have been enrolled into the zomato gold without my explicit consent. The zomato app is predatory and keep giving notifications for zomato gold all the time. My paytm wallet is attached to my zomato account.

While my phone was in my pocket a couple of clicks must have had me accidentally enrolled into their scheme. This is completely unfair and a misplaced trust on these big corporations!

We visited saffroan navrangpura branch on 6/1/19 (Sunday) which is a partner restaurant of zomato gold according to their website. After waiting for 30 mins they refused to be partner with zomato gold. We asked for the favour of zomato gold but they did not responded well. We asked for compensation but they are not responding. They disconnected call thrice & not responding to messeges since 3 days....

This is to bring you a kind notice that i’ve been a gold member of your zomato gold.
I just received a call from your team regarding an order which i had not placed so when i went to my id i found that it was hacked so i went to reset my password and as soon as i got my password reset it was showing that my me membership has expired but i had just bought that 2 months before on 11th july and now i cannot login my gold membership...
