Zomato Gold — my gold membership got expired automatically

This is to bring you a kind notice that i’ve been a gold member of your zomato gold.
I just received a call from your team regarding an order which i had not placed so when i went to my id i found that it was hacked so i went to reset my password and as soon as i got my password reset it was showing that my me membership has expired but i had just bought that 2 months before on 11th july and now i cannot login my gold membership id. And i my problem is not solved soon i will complain in the consumer cell as nobody is replying back. I have filed several emails in your respective mail account but nobody replied me back. I want it to be solved soon or else i’ll be forced to take some strict actions.
