Zookr — mi 20k power banks | |||||
Zookr online company is making us fool and i came across it. I have ordered a mi 20k power bank but they deliver a power bank which has no company sticker on it even. I m going to complain it in police as well as in upbokhta manch. The delivered product has scratches over it. I just want my money back and i also want to inform to every costumer to not buy anything from zookr. If i got their officials any where i will ended up their story soon. I have booked a mobile 4g from zookr. Instead of original mobile duplicate mobile has been fwd... With battery problem, and no any video player is running . customer.. Complained to zookr company in this regard but nil any positive response... Plz intitiate strict action.. Totally different mobile has been forwarded as part of deceive to customer.

I ordered m2 band and zookr delivered a different band which is not working. They do not answer my mails and my calls. I needed a resolution for this issue. The product is seal broken and they misplaced wrong and damaged product into It. I needed my refund.
