Zookr.in — fake products - use below email ids to get zookr attention - they can't ignore! | |||

[protected]@gmail.com [protected]@zookr.in Items are definitely not as shown on their website. (Had ordered vapor kw 77 watch, received a cheap chinese replica) i researched and actually found out their directors email id. The holding company of zookr is pickrr technologies. Shot a mail to all of the directors in cc, and received a call within half hour, pleading that they'll refund the money. After i received the refund, the defective/ unbranded/ cheap item was picked by their personnel. So, if you want some action to be taken against them, send them a mail to above id's: I assure you, if your problem is genuine, and you received a defective item, they cannot ignore these mails. Infact, i had written over 10 mails to their regular [protected]@zookr.in id, but had received no response for atleast 7 days. Even after 10 calls with their elusive customer care executives who know nothing, and simply used to send automated mails mentioning that "they have delivered what was shown on website". I bought a product from zookr. online..I was ordered KW69 stratas multi sport smart watch which cost 2000. But I received Shoyo smart watch which cost 900 in Amazon..Such a cheating to customers...I contacted several times to the customer care ...no manners to refund and return the product... Be careful to buying from zookr.com
Mobile is properly not working, mike and speaker also not working. and also given complaint but not replacement and refund, customer care behaviour of talking not good, and not supported.
Hi, can you please share the complete email addresses of zookr directors. They have sent me a wrong product and are now not ready to refund.
All citizens who got cheated by this fraud zookr should collectively work out to get our money back and ensure the culprits get appropriate punishment in the court of law.

This company seems to have several faces. Once I bought a watch and obviously got a non-functional junk. When I inquired over social media, there are hundreds of people, who got cheated. The website seems soo legit. There is no return policy. Surprizingly, my facebook page is receiving several advertisements of related products supplied by dubious websites. When I raised a complaint, they said they cant do anything. It seems, the only investment for those companies seems to be social network managers. The products they despatch are the secondhand junk (for mobiles) or chinese non-functional junk for watches. It seems they are cheating to the tune of crores. I tried to place a complaint. When inquired, I was surprized as we cannot possibly produce even trace of evidence for a cash receipt or address or anything like that. I seems we have sent the money directly to a nigerian fraud agency. Consumer protection cell people suggested me to get at least an email from them regarding the payment. I couldnot.
