Zoom Car — abt the extra charges.. which is not our mistake

We had booked a car in singasandra.. Mahindra scorpio car. But there was no jack in the car. So the faculty said it ok u can carry on tat they don't have a spare... So we met with puncher. So we had became late for 1 hour. So how can we pay for the mistake o[censored]rs.. Tat too we have informed before only to the faculty.. Plz solve this problem for us..
