I have cancelled my zoom car booking 2 months back. Till now i haven't received refund.please find the booking details in the below image and help me to get the same. The refund amount is Rs2975/-

    This is regarding the pending refunds of two of my bookings (booking id- JPS6NYRK3(₹4586) & JPS6NY8XM(₹3599)).
    You claim to settle the refunds in a maximum period of 30days, yet i haven't received my refund yet!
    I have contacted customer care multiple times, have tweeted about it multiple times, the response will be the same "will process it soon" and its been more than 6months and still pending.
    I am loosing trust and patience on zoomcar.

      Order id # JPS6NVKGC, I booked for one day on 01/10/2020 for 02/10/2020 using my credit card. At 3:00 am on 02/10/2020 I received a call from a zoom car personal stating that the order will be cancelled because they don't have the car available. Whole family was looking forward to the trip. Family dissappointed. Refund has not been processed as on 10/11/2020. I have posted reviews on Google play store and receive reply stating that it will take another 2 to 3 weeks. Very disappointed and frustrated.

      I am not interested in any coupons or refund to the zoomcar. I want the refund in the mode of payment I have made i.e., credit card. I have to pay interest on the credit amount which I have not used also. This is just a cautious reminder..

        Hi, I have booked the car from zoomcar on 20th Aug 2020 (JPS6NOL92). Within 2 hrs l canceled the booking. Now that amount of Rs. 6560.00 is pending from past 3 months. Not able to call them because they blocked the calls. Only ppl with booing can call them. I am planning to go to consumer court along with other friends who is facing the same problem.

        This is a big fraud company. They are still making business in India.

          I have booked zoom car 2 month before and still I am not get my refund amount. I have sent many mail to take follow-ups but no response from support. This is clearly fraud against customer.

            I had booked a car from Zoomcar and cancelled it on 30th march 2020. Its been more than 8 months now and I have not received the refund amount of Rs 11, 779. I have been trying to contact customer support but nobody answers my call. Even tried mailing them 3-4 times but customer support does not reply.

              I had booked a car on aug 25th, 2020 and I still haven't received my refund amount of 3000/- . I have sent so many emails and there is no response. There is no proper customer care. Nobody picks the calls also. Never has such a experience. Let me know about the refund!

                I have completed my trip on 28 May, 2020. I took Maruti Suzuki Baleno within Pune city which was inclusive of fuel however while I handover the Zoomcar I had refueled for Rs. 500 and while returning I was told in a week's time I will get the refund which was ok for me as I had used zoom car many times. I did not receive refund for one month and somehow I could connect to customer care executive who again told one week time. It's been five (5) and half months nearly 165 days now. Now the problem is I am not able to reach over phone to customer care executive and in app email is not responded. I had written 4 - 5 in app mails, normal mails, and also I tweeted them in Twitter but still awaiting response and refund. The customer care number are not reachable or always on busy tone. If my complaint is not resolved within seven days then I am going to file the legal case in Consumer Forum Court against Zoomcar India for cheating and doing fraud to their customers and even harassing and giving mental pressures to the innocent customers under Sec. 420, Sec. 498 of Indian Penal code.

                  I hored zoom car on 1 oct and returned it on 5 oct now its being more than 30 days that i have not received my security deposit refund. I tried to contact zoom car through there app contact us option but no one ever reverted there is no mail i can reach to them worst customer service experience ever .                     I took a zoom car on 28 th September and dropped of the vehicle back on 29th September the refund which was to be issued to me was 8499/- which zoomcar employee said me it will be refunded within 30 days

                      Hi,
                      I'm unable to contact zoom car and my refund is stuck since 3 month's.
                      They have designed customer support in such a way that only accident can be reported.
                      I have been dropped several emails and didn't get any response.

                          When you book a car with fuel, they get you the car with just 1 point of fuel and tell you that your fuel expenses would be refunded later. I returned the car with almost a full tank and here I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. Booked a swift in Navi Mumbai on 26 September

                              Automatically canceled after payment ( Rs 5900) from company side. They claimed refund in 30days but till now no refund. Its fraud company pls do neccessary actions against company.Due to pandemic already lost of problems but this can't be tolerated.

                                  I bought supermiler elite on nov 1 for 999 but didn't receive ant credits and free home delivery i tried to call them but their number is never reachable and i sent them mail i've been sending them mails for 7 days now but they are not responding. Its literally getting out of control and i cant keep calm now. I just want to straight away travel to bangalore and tell them what they deserve. I'm so much in anger right now.

                                      Its been more than 48 days zoom car has not refunded the money after cancelation due to their own car issue, Given several mails and call back requests they have stopped responding for any refunds. @ZoomCarIndia its been on the news.
