I booked a car with booking id JPS6NVC9G. but I cancelled it on 30th of September. but till today I didn't get the refund. Since according to their policy it takes 30 working days but it is more than that. please help me out.

        I booked a car in Zoomcar yesterday from 9 am to 10 pm. I observed that the car tyres were not in good condition but however I was in hurry and my work is within the city limits hence I have taken the car. At around 9 pm one of the tyre got punctured and I called to Zoomcar immediately for the road assistance. They sent a person where he handled over the tools to me and he left. So I changed the tyre myself and ended my trip. And after that I am getting calls from Zoomcar to make a payment of 5000 for inconvenience fee, when I checked with them, they informed that the 5000 charged for the tyre which got punctured, which is completely injustice. I am seriously regretting of booking a car in Zoomcar.

          I, Arun Karthik V, subscribed a car (Polo) on June 26, 2020 for one month. I returned the car on July 26, 2020. The refundable amount of Rs.4999/- not yet refunded. My phone no. is [protected]. Kindly refund the amount.
          When mailed to zap.[protected]@zoomcar.com there is no response yet and I have technical issues with the zap app too. Please refund my money which is due

          Its been four months since I closed my zap subscription. Still my compliant is not yet resolved.

          The zoom car Help and Support desk is not picking calls and replying mails. Poor Customer service while case of refunding. This is cheating by Zoomcar.

            I made booking for car on Oct-2 and paid 6616 which includes 2999 security deposit.. then zoomcar cancelled the booking and it's been 40 days I am waiting for refund..

                Where is my money how much time should i have to wait i need my money as soon as possible even after complaining on consumer complaints platform no response from zoomcar
                There were no updates up to now even though i had complaint no actions were taken on zoomcar fraud company

                    I had made a booking with zoomcar, but they cancelled it stating that vehicle is not available and the amount will be refunded. However, it's been around 45 days but I haven't received my refund amount of 4950.

                    The booking was made on 27 Aug and they cancelled it on 28th Sept., as per the policy refund should be reflected in a month but that has not been the case. Please help me with this....

                    I have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental from 22 Oct 2020 to 27 Oct 2020 with booking ID JPS6NEMCJ. I have done my booking one month back for Hyundai Creta for this trip but one day before the trip zoomcar customer support "P Sandeep" told me they can't provide me the Hyundai Creta due to some car insurance issue, alternative zoomcar provide me the maruti swift car and told me the extra charge for Hyundai Creta will be returned to me on final settlement and the tariff will be same one month back for swift, which is around Rs.5800/- appx. I had payed Rs. 7630/- for Hyundai Creta.
                    Now when i call the customer care for my refund, they telling me maintenance refund of Rs.700/- will be calculated but not the car downgrade plan will be calculated. when i ask them why car downgrade will not be calculated. they told me in there system it is showing Hyundai Creta and maruti swift car tariff showing same they cannot help me regarding my refund.
                    Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.

                        This is regarding the pending refunds of two of my bookings (booking id- JPS6NYRK3(₹4586) & JPS6NY8XM(₹3599)).
                        You claim to settle the refunds in a maximum period of 30days, yet i haven't received my refund yet!
                        I have contacted customer care multiple times, have tweeted about it multiple times, the response will be the same "will process it soon" and its been more than 6months and still pending.
                        I am loosing trust and patience on zoomcar.

                          Order id # JPS6NVKGC, I booked for one day on 01/10/2020 for 02/10/2020 using my credit card. At 3:00 am on 02/10/2020 I received a call from a zoom car personal stating that the order will be cancelled because they don't have the car available. Whole family was looking forward to the trip. Family dissappointed. Refund has not been processed as on 10/11/2020. I have posted reviews on Google play store and receive reply stating that it will take another 2 to 3 weeks. Very disappointed and frustrated.

                          I am not interested in any coupons or refund to the zoomcar. I want the refund in the mode of payment I have made i.e., credit card. I have to pay interest on the credit amount which I have not used also. This is just a cautious reminder..

                            Hi, I have booked the car from zoomcar on 20th Aug 2020 (JPS6NOL92). Within 2 hrs l canceled the booking. Now that amount of Rs. 6560.00 is pending from past 3 months. Not able to call them because they blocked the calls. Only ppl with booing can call them. I am planning to go to consumer court along with other friends who is facing the same problem.

                                  I had booked a car on aug 25th, 2020 and I still haven't received my refund amount of 3000/- . I have sent so many emails and there is no response. There is no proper customer care. Nobody picks the calls also. Never has such a experience. Let me know about the refund!

                                    I have completed my trip on 28 May, 2020. I took Maruti Suzuki Baleno within Pune city which was inclusive of fuel however while I handover the Zoomcar I had refueled for Rs. 500 and while returning I was told in a week's time I will get the refund which was ok for me as I had used zoom car many times. I did not receive refund for one month and somehow I could connect to customer care executive who again told one week time. It's been five (5) and half months nearly 165 days now. Now the problem is I am not able to reach over phone to customer care executive and in app email is not responded. I had written 4 - 5 in app mails, normal mails, and also I tweeted them in Twitter but still awaiting response and refund. The customer care number are not reachable or always on busy tone. If my complaint is not resolved within seven days then I am going to file the legal case in Consumer Forum Court against Zoomcar India for cheating and doing fraud to their customers and even harassing and giving mental pressures to the innocent customers under Sec. 420, Sec. 498 of Indian Penal code.

                                      I hored zoom car on 1 oct and returned it on 5 oct now its being more than 30 days that i have not received my security deposit refund. I tried to contact zoom car through there app contact us option but no one ever reverted there is no mail i can reach to them worst customer service experience ever .
