We had booked a Zoomcar on 18th Aug'20, for which had paid a security deposit of 2663. As per the policy the security deposit is to be refunded 30 days post the ride. We have written several mails for which we have not gotten any response. Attaching booking details for reference.

    Promised to do refund in 30days and still not done even after 51 days and no one is respond from zoomcar. There is no contact number available to connect with customer care executive only mail option is available but they don't responses to mails even after sending 10 mails

      I am a regular customer of Zoom Car but from a couple of days, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.My refund of almost 7000rs is also pending from the previous rides(JPS6NE0UF) (JPS6NAW5Z) (JPS6NEA7X)
      After that i have emailed almost 3-4 times to the zoom car support but there is no response from there side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but not able to connect with the representative.

        I had booked a car with zoomcar Booking I'd- JPS6N002Z on 12th Aug'20, travel period 13th and 14th Sept 2020, but I had cancelled it much before travel date I.e. on 14th August 2020.
        According to policy refund must be given within 7-10 days, it's been now 50+ days and I haven't received my refund. I had already lodge a complaint on consumer affairs and on twitter.
        Whenever I used to call customer care they said wait for 48 hours and now it's been more than 50 days. I am loosing my patience. From past few days, I am not able to connect with customer care executive because they have removed their IVR selection to connect. Now I am really worried about my money. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
        It was my first experience with zoomcar and that turned into worse.

        I need to know the estimated timeline for my refund. I am waiting since 51 days to get my money back. Just look around and cross-check which other e-commerce platform take such long time to refund customer's money. You are the only one. Your company is a scam and fraud.

            I have made a booking in zoomcar app on June 1st and my bill is 975 rs. I have opted to fill the fuel from my end so that they refund at the end of the day after trip completion. My fuel cost is about 500rs. I have waited for my refund for almost 4 months and now they refunded the amount as credit points...

            Hi, this is regarding my recent booking with Booking id: JPS6NS42M. It has been more than 2 months, I haven't received my refund from zoomcar of my security deposit and fuel refund of Rs. 4215/- They're saying only one thing that they'll look into it but still I'm not getting my refund,

                I have booked a zoomcar in April and on 25th May when I was expecting the car to be delivered at my door step, I got a call from zoomcar executive saying cars are not available and that they have to cancel my booking. They promised to initiate the refund with in 24 hrs. Its more than 5 months and still they haven't done that.
                First they have cancelled my booking at last minute and in addition to that they are not refunding the payment which I made. My booking id is JPS6N1UQG.

                  I have made a booking on 22nd feb 2020 to take car on 12th to 14th june. But because of lockdown we have canceled the booking on 21st may. We asked for refund, they told within 30 working days it will refund. it has been 130 days but still not yet received the payment. In between they have sent fake link to get the money for our satisfaction. we informed them that link is not working even though they did not respond to me. They blocked my number to reach out. i have sent so many mails even though no response. My refund amount is rs 8626. Please take action on this.

                    When you book Zoomcar, THEY'LL CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AND WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY. This happened with me thrice.
                    Later I found out that this is happening to everyone which means they're running scam by collecting all money and runaway. It's not possible to reach their customer support. It's dead.

                      Multiple refunds for multiple bookings are pending. It's past 40 days and I haven'treceivedany refunds, which is more than their prescribed waiting period. Since last few days the customer support is also unreachable.

                            I had made a booking for self driving car on 29th august 2020 but due to incapability of zoomcar to provide delivery of vehicle at my address, I had to cancel the booking. Its been 32 days now and am still not provided with my refund money as well the customer care nos. are unavailable to reach.                             I have tried to contact zoom car through various emails, calls but there is no progress nor any positive sign of cooperation from them. They are just ignoring a customer like its of no value and no assistance or support from customer support, the department seems just to be standing there with no cooperation in real.
                            its been 40 days now and am still running behind them for my own money.

                            How much more time its gonna take already 2.5 months passed !
                            This type of poor customer response and delay wasn’t expected from a renowned company but day by day its just getting down the line with these responses.
                            Hope ill receive my refund amount by this year end and not in the next year.

                                I booked self-drive car rental with ZoomCar on February 16, 2020, for a round trip with dates (25th April 2020 to 3rd May 2020) from New Delhi.
                                I had cancelled the trip on April 6, 2020, due to the CoronaVirus Lockdown imposed by the Govt of India, and according to ZoomCar's policy, a full refund was to be issued within a week.
                                Afterwards, I did not get any communication from ZoomCar regarding my refund. I tried to initiate contact on Twitter, and every 3 weeks, I would get a response that the refund is delayed by 3 weeks and will be processed.
                                It has been almost 6 months (5 months 24 days to be exact), and I still have not received my refund of Rs. 19512 (of which Rs.14512 is main amount, and Rs.5000 is security deposit)
                                Please help me get my refund!

                                The refund in cash was never processed, however I was given a credit voucher for the same amount that I've availed on a new booking. I am not happy, but it is a satisfactory resolution. Hence closing the complaint.

                                  I am highly upset with your service. This was not expected from you. You have cheated. Its almost 2 months and I have been waiting for my refund. At this time when everyone is struggling to survive, this is what you do. I have seen so many of your customers being cheated this way on many of your posts. I want an answer to when I will get my refund. I need my money back. I have been trying to reach out to you since a long time. But you stopped accepting calls, unless we have a current booking.
