On May 1, 2021 I made a booking for Tata Hexa from Vizag to Hyderabad. I made the payment through phone pe and amount debited and transaction successful, but zoomcar didn't confirm my booking and showing no bookings.

      I had to cancel my zoom car booking on 30 December 2020 (Location Bangalore). Total refund of Rs. 25775/- is pendig for last 4 months. I tried to contact them in all ways and not able to contact them. Submitted support ticket multiple times and no response.
      My booking id is JPS6NXMBQ.

        My refund for two of my bookings for Ecosport on 16th jan and Hexa 17th jan is pending and the company doesnt even connects your calls to support executives or replies back on emails it all looks like i have been cheated and now they are not showing uo as they will have to pay my refund

        My refund was also pending since January but finally after 3 months i have received the payment.
        I suggest you to kindly contact them on Facebook. Share your booking id and screenshot of your booking to zoomcar by direct message on facebook.
        They let you know the current status of your refund and they are very fast in replying as well.

          Dear sirs,

          I had cancelled my zoomcar booking on 14th April, 2021 because of change in plans . I was promptly promised refund of the money Rs. 6, 814 by 17 th April 2021 and still haven't received any updates on it. Considering these trying times during pandemic and suffering from covid myself. I sincerely request that the money is refunded as soon as possible

            I have booked a zoomcar and had to cancel due to some issues. The refund promised as per their policy is 10 working days and it's een almost an year and the refund is still pending.

                  I have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental on 24th January 2021 with booking ID JPS6NNI67 but unfortunately they cancelled my trip and amount of Rs 10627 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 8th April 2021. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.

                  So, would like to know that it has been processed in which account because i haven't received any refund yet (15 April) in my bank account.
                  Please let me know that when will i get pending refund in my bank account.

                    Regarding change of mobile number

                    One of my friend used my mobile number and email id for booking a zoomcar with his driving licence, but now when i am changing the profile it is not getting changed.
                    I called the customer care number of zoomcar and asked to change it but they told that now it cannot be changed.
                    But what can i do now... I want to book a zoomcar from my mobile number and email id but there is dl uploaded of my friend. Due to this issue i am not...

                    For booking id JPS6NBSXD, zoomcar is not initiating the refund from last 3 months.
                    Booking date 26th Dec, 2020.

                    Refund amount - 4301 INR
                    I booked Ford freestyle car for dates 26 and 27 December 2020 from zoomcar app. One day before my trip date they cancelled my booking for no reason. Now neither they are replying to mails nor they are refunding me my booking amount which is INR 4301.
                    I have been trying continuously to contact zoomcar but they never reply for my mails. I tried to contact them via twitter multiple times and got the same automated reply that "we are trying our best to process your refund".
                    They have no right to hold my money without any reason. It is my hard earned money.
                    This is a very well known scam via zoomcar known as #zoomcarrefundscam. I am also victim of the same.
                    Please HELP...

                        I have cancelled my Zoomcar booking with Booking Id JPS6NF93H on 24th Jan 2021. Total Refundable Amount is Rs. 16, 731/-. As per Zoomcar policy, my refund should have been processed within 30 working days but its been more than 60 days and I am still waiting for the refund. I have reached multiple times to Zoomcar support, every time they give me false timelines and refund never gets processed within those timelines. I am attaching screenshots of Booking Cancellation with refundable amount and zoomcar policy on refund timelines.

                          I booked a car for rent on Jan 10th, 2021 with Zoom car, after returning the car back they never refunded my deposit amount INR 2044, they don't have any contact number or email to reach them. I wrote on Twitter about this but still, no response, and my money is still not refunded. Below is my booking number booking id: JPS6N60CA.

                              Booking (JPS6NFXYP) cancelled in December and no refund yet, policy says 1 month to process refund ( even that is non sense ). I remember I had met with an accident and owed ₹10000 to zoomcar, they started chasing me in 2 days, I couldn't pay because I had to take care of my parents. I won't accept just a refund now, you pay me interest, pay me for my time and a penalty for such irresponsibility. How many people refunds are you holding on to, I see your Twitter handle is full of people crying for refunds?

                                This is regarding the booking JPS6N6KE6. The car was hit by another vehicle because of which one of the gates needed repair. On inspection, I was told that I would be charged 2000 INR, but later on, automatically, 7000 INR was charged. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                I have contacted numerous times through the app and website asking for the breakup of charges, but I have not received any response so far. It shows me an outstanding bill, which is frustrating, as I would like to clear whatever is the right amount.

                                After a lot of hunting, and a complete lack of help from Zoomcar I came across https://www.zoomcar.com/damage_charges. However, it lists 4000 INR for major damage, there's no way I can be charged 7000 INR for this.

                                Please delete my account as I can't keep following up if you aren't interested in resolving this and enabling me to clear the dues.

                                  I had booked a trip with zoomcar on 25th Dec but they called me up 2 hours before the journey to inform that my trip had to be cancelled because the car had an accident. No issue there but it's been more than 3 months now but they still haven't refunded my deposit. I have tried contacting them through every mode( even playstore) but to no success. Kindly help me out here.
