I have been contacting zoom car for the security refund from august 2020 and it’s been more than 6 months they have processed my refund please do the needful

    I booked a car from zoomcar on 19th November for 19100 rupees. I cancelled the car on 2nd December and was supposed to get 18900 rupees in 30 working days. It has now been over 90 working days and I have still not received the amount.
    I have tried mailing zoomcar and they have not replied and they do not allow us to contact them on phone unless we have a live booking. My booking number is JPS6N43KY.

      My money has not credited my bank account on your specified date. I have Enclose proof.
      They usually have the same problem.It is very difficult to call them on the phone.They never returned the money to anyone on the date they say.

        I have booked a car on 6th May, 2020 and cancelled same on 4th May, 2020, for which i have paid amount of Rs. 3, 444(Deposit- Rs.3, 000 and Fare - 444), But did not get the refund of Rs.3, 444 even after today(it's been since 10 months.

            My booking ID being JPS6N2O9W, completed on 8th Nov, 2020 is still not processed. Having made this payment through the credit card, I have incurred heavy interest charges (42% p.a.). Also not to forget the impact on credit score. National Consumer Helpline was also helpless as they too didn't receive any revert from the company.

              Dear Team,

              I have booked a Zoom Car from Pune on 30th December 2020 for a day trip to Mumbai. When I went to take the delivery of the Car in the morning, my booking cannot be full-filled and was cancelled, due to name mismatch on Driving License and Aadhar Card.
              I have remitted Rs. 4666 towards the Security Deposit while booking the car. Its been more then 3 months, I am waiting for the Refund.
              To my amazement I have written twice to them for the same, but all in vain. Request you look into my complain.

                We made two bookings in Zoomcar on 10th December and we are still awaiting for refund amount from the zoomcar team. We
                tried to reach their customer support number multiple times and all the attempts are in vain. We tried to reach the
                customer care on email for four times, none of the emails are responded by the zoomcar team.

                  I have completed my trip on 15 Jan 2021 and till today I haven’t received my security amount. The policy says that amount will be reflected in 15 days into my account. Till today it is showing as Pending Refund.

                  There is no proper customer care support for already completed trips.
                  I don't know why it takes too long to refund amount. I have email them but didn't receive response.

                      Had booked self-drive car from Zoom Car in Mumbai for 18th sep 2020 and 19th Sep 2020 Have paid all the dues. But company is yet to refund my security deposit of Rs 1999/- As per company policy they should have refunded the deposit within 30 days. Hundreds of such customers exist today which are facing refund problem from Zoom Car I raised this issue on twitter, they have never given me any date of processing refund.

                        I booked a zoomcar on 28 dec 2020 and till date i have not received any refund i have tried to contact them many times but none of their customer helpline number is working i have tried send emails but in no replies came. I have posted a complaint earlier also but nothing happened.

                          I made a booking through zoomcar app on 9th for a swift car and made full payment of rs. 4999/-

                          After booking, I received a call from zoom and they requested to cancel the booking Due to non availability of car.

                          I haven't received any refund of the same cancelled booking and in my app still showing pending refund.

                            We booked the above vehicle on date 20/01/2021,
                            and still we have not gotten our refund of rs 2899. after 60 days of continuous contacting the company, we are only left with the option of going to consumer complaints. As zoomcar had mentioned that they will refund the money within 24 hrs of booking, as per the company's norms this is the pure fraud, the money is still not deposited to my account.

                                  I had complete one ride(ID:- JPS6N0LCL) on 5th Aug 2020 but i have not received the refund of Rs.4079/- till now(8months).
                                  I have visited Jaipur office many times and alao filled a complaint on customer care also but have still not recieved the my refund back.

                                      I want to delete my account as i have purchased a new vehicle and i no longer need this. and all this was my joint account which me and my friend were using as he has his mail id registered but the registered driving license is mine.so i don't want someone else to missuse it.

                                        I booked a Zoom car with booking id JPS6N622D on 20/01/2021 due to the pickup location was very far i cancelled the booking of this zoom car. After the cancellation the refundable amount was 2, 335 which was to refunded in my account hasn't been refunded till now. It's been almost two months and till now i have't received my refundable amount. I am unable to connect with the zoom car customer service as the call didn't connect until we do any booking in the zoom car.

                                        After the cancellation of this i made another booking with booking id JPS6N62FS with nearby pickup location and after the completion of the trip i handed over the car at the pickup location after all the proceedings the refundable amount 423 which has to be refunded by the zoom car was also not be refunded since two months.

                                        Kindly please help me in this case .
