My Name is Vimal KS staying in Bangalore Ulsoor- [protected].
I booked a car for rent on Jan 10th, 2021 with Zoom car, after returning the car back they never refunded my deposit amount INR 2044, they don't have any contact number or email to reach them. I wrote on Twitter about this but still, no response, and my money is still not refunded. Below is my booking number booking id: JPS6N60CA.
i has been 4 months now and still, they are not responding.
Kindly help me on this

      Booking (JPS6NFXYP) cancelled in December and no refund yet, policy says 1 month to process refund ( even that is non sense ). I remember I had met with an accident and owed ₹10000 to zoomcar, they started chasing me in 2 days, I couldn't pay because I had to take care of my parents. I won't accept just a refund now, you pay me interest, pay me for my time and a penalty for such irresponsibility. How many people refunds are you holding on to, I see your Twitter handle is full of people crying for refunds?

        This is regarding the booking JPS6N6KE6. The car was hit by another vehicle because of which one of the gates needed repair. On inspection, I was told that I would be charged 2000 INR, but later on, automatically, 7000 INR was charged. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

        I have contacted numerous times through the app and website asking for the breakup of charges, but I have not received any response so far. It shows me an outstanding bill, which is frustrating, as I would like to clear whatever is the right amount.

        After a lot of hunting, and a complete lack of help from Zoomcar I came across https://www.zoomcar.com/damage_charges. However, it lists 4000 INR for major damage, there's no way I can be charged 7000 INR for this.

        Please delete my account as I can't keep following up if you aren't interested in resolving this and enabling me to clear the dues.

          I had booked a trip with zoomcar on 25th Dec but they called me up 2 hours before the journey to inform that my trip had to be cancelled because the car had an accident. No issue there but it's been more than 3 months now but they still haven't refunded my deposit. I have tried contacting them through every mode( even playstore) but to no success. Kindly help me out here.

            I made a booking in zoom car for 18th January 2021 and got cancelled by some reasons. An amount of Rs.4, 777 is not refunded till date i.e, 29th March 2021. No means of contacting Zoom car and no reply to mails.

              Hi,

              Date of incident-Jan 10th 2021

              I have booked Zoomcar with booking id reference to complaint subject on Jan 10th 2021 for 7 hours .The booking got completed on same day and they have to refund an amount of Rs 2299. Its been 80 days and still the amount is not credited to my bank account .

              I'm attaching screenshot of Booking Id for reference.

              I'm really disappointed with Zoomcar service and earlier i have sent an email regarding refund to them and i did not receive any response from them.

                I have done booking#JPS6N2K05 on 30 Oct 2020 which have been cancelled on 16 Nov 2020, as per mail communication be Zoomcar refund amount(12154/- INR)should have been completed by Nov 17 2020.

                As of today 27 March no refund have processed by Zoomcar neither any response by Zoomcar support team. Zoomcar twitter handled just responding with bot repose with no commitment on final refund.

                Zoomcar charge customer 300/- INR per hour for delayed return of car, while they are not honoring refunds for hundreds of customers since over one year. Strick action need to be taken against Zoomcar

                  I cancelled one of my trip in zoomcar.It has been over 3 months and still i didnt get my money back.I dont know how are they doing business in india like this for so many years.They didnt even provide a contact number also for customer assistance.I just want my hard earned money back

                          Hi,

                          I had booked a Swift car in Bangalore on December 27, 2020 by paying INR7, 053 (including security deposit and car rental charges) via Credit Card. Booking ID: JPS6NXI3H

                          On the day of delivery i.e. December 28, 2020 I received a call from Zoomcar employee that he has to cancel my booking due to some reason and informed me that since the booking was cancelled by their team, I would receive full refund within 2-3 business days.

                          Since January 3, 2021 I have relentlessly been following up with the Zoomcar team to let me know the status of my refund but to my sheer disappointment and frustration, there is absolutely no response whatsoever. I have tried multiple ways to raise my concern to Zoomcar via emails, app, their website, etc. but all in vain.

                          I am attaching the screenshots from Zoomcar app containing the Booking ID, Refund amount and the current status showing as pending refund from Zoomcar for easy reference.

                                as we made transaction on aug 14th 2020 amount of Rs.12400/- to zoomcar by the card payment and the car was cancelled and they raised charge back but as upto now I didn't receive any amount. we contacted the zoomcar coustemer care they said that we already raised a chargeback there was a problem with your bank only and they told me one id: Pay_FQcS2IldMjNSiE
                                so please help me its been 7 months we are facing lots of trouble with your bank

                                    I booked a car from zoomcar on 19th November for 19100 rupees. I cancelled the car on 2nd December and was supposed to get 18900 rupees in 30 working days. It has now been over 90 working days and I have still not received the amount.
                                    I have tried mailing zoomcar and they have not replied and they do not allow us to contact them on phone unless we have a live booking. My booking number is JPS6N43KY.

                                      My money has not credited my bank account on your specified date. I have Enclose proof.
                                      They usually have the same problem.It is very difficult to call them on the phone.They never returned the money to anyone on the date they say.
