I have a Complaint against my refund

This is Dattaprasad Ambardekar from Thane Maharashtra, Mumbai.. i did Booking on 17th January 2020 for a Swift car from my location of Dombivali City.. my Booking id is - JPS6N65J5 after booking on that day at night call came from Zoomcar Customer service regarding my booking at Domestic Airport which i actually did that booking from dombivali tilak nagar area... i seriously didn't know how that booking happened from another location.. so...

Refunds are pending from long time

Hi Team, Zoomcar is holding refunds from very long, I have been tried contacting them multiple times. They have disabled the customer care service when I check with Zoomcar hub they are asking to book a car and then we can able to place call to them. I have trying in twitter from many days no refunds are getting processed.
Could you please help in getting my refunds. I have been trying to contact them from 29 Dec and now 2 refunds...

Not got the Refund amount

Hello I had booked the Zoomcar (ID: JPS6NXX3C) which was cancelled by Zoomcar itself as I was from Ahmedabad and booked the car in Mumbai. They said a person having license of Gujarat state cannot book car in Maharashtra state and straightaway cancelled the booking. This was a huge disappointment and all the plans for the trip had to be canlled. Can you please look into this matter??

Refund pending from more than 50 days

the executive and the website shows that customers need to wait for 30 working days and I'm not capable of how they calculate 30 working days :).

Refund Pending for more than 5 months

Did not receive my refund even after 3 months

I have made two bookings with booking ID's JPS6N44IR and JPS6N4FIA with zoomcar which I cancelled later. It's been more than 3 months and I did not receive my refund (Rs. 3740) till. I also contacted the customer care and dropped a mail several times but did not get any reply from them....

Im using zoomcar from many years till now i haven't faced this kind of issues i had called them many times to verify my profile customer told me to upload some o[censored]r friend driving licence after doing this now they are telling we can't verify your profile as per our internal policy or else i ll waste my 4000 credits which i have collected my doing multiple booking from so many years. Verify my profile so that i can book and use my credits...

Refund Pending From Aug 2020

I booked a Zoomcar on 16th Aug 2020, but they failed to assign me a car and hence cancelled the booking from their end.

Refund Is not credited.

My booking date is 6th December 2020. I was cancelled that booking on 5th December 2020. As per company policy refund will be credited by 30 working days. Till now 60+ working days gone. I daily tweet to company for my booking refund. Reply of that tweet is your refund will be credited as earliest. In 60+ working days thay didn't refund my money. Refund issue or No refund

Refund status 3rd jan 2021

I have used Zoom car on 3rd jan 2021, and as process they have hold Rs 1439 as refundable fee...

But even after 35 days are gone, they have still not refunded the amount, which is visible in their app as Pending.

Sent so many communications, but no revert.

Non Refund of amount

Address:FLAT NO 103, A BLOCK, SMU STAAFF QUARTERS

I made a booking and due to some personal reason cancelled on 11th December vide ID NO JPS6NFNVN. The amount pending is Rs. 11, 712/-. Whenever we call, they say 30 days.

I am a small Govt employee living on salary, cannot afford to have such huge amounts pending for months.

Refund not initiated from past 50 days

I have made my booking with zoomcar on dec 8th 2020 and returned the car on 10th Dec 2020. As per the zoomcar policy refund should be initiated with in 30 days but till now I did not receive my refund and not even a single response for my 60 emails. Customer care of zoomcar will only assist with current booking but no one will care about past bookings and refundable amount. I hope I get my money back from zoomcar.
