[Resolved] Zoom Car — blocking of account | |||
I have been blocked by zoom car without any reason. Kindly please resolve my issue. I am not able use my account anymore. My registered email id: [protected]@gmail.com My driving licence is still pending for verification. Dont simply put everyone account into blacklist. Yes, i do reffered to my friend. We did check the email ID [protected]@gmail.com and see that the same was blocked as you wanted to upload your license under the email ID [protected]@gmail.com. I am supposed to get a refund of Rs. 5724 but I haven't received anything yet.

We did check the booking and see that the refund was not processed due to a technical issue. We have rectified the same and released the amount to the source account.
The amount will hit the respective account within 5-15 days.
