'hi, i have parked and locked the bicycle at 7:42 am today.. At shivar garden, pimple saudagar stand.. But unable to end my trip. Paytm amount is also being deducted.. Can you please check and end the trip. Its been almost 4 hours ans trip ia still on, emailed customers care but no response.. Plz end it asap and return my money.. Cycle number is 102717..
