[Resolved] Zoom Car — car not delivered | |||
I made a booking on zoomcar app with booking ID JPS6BKHNU and the car was Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza with license plate number PB01N0309. I was supposed to recieve the at 4PM on 16th April. However, when i reached the pickup location, the car was not there. I waited for more than an hour but I still didn't receive the car. Now the app wont let me cancel the booking saying that the booking has already started. Was this information helpful? | |||
