[Resolved] Zoom Car — Charged extra money | |||||
On oct 7, I have booked a Honda city for 10 hours. I had the meter reading noted down before and after completion of my journey. My calculations said 170 kms in total, but Zoom car calculated 229 kms, the difference was 60 kms. I called so many times to their customer service and there was so no response from them. There is no clear calculation process. They are cheating customer in day light. Zoom car Management should be questioned. They should bring more transparency to their system.
