[Resolved] Zoom Car — cycle not unlocked amount getting deducted | |||
I booked the cycle in the morning with PEDL. Cycle number : 101296. It came as ride started but lock did not open. I could not even move the cycle from the stand From my meter is running and amount is getting deducted from my Paytm. Please resolve this at the earliest as amount is getting deducted. And kindly refund the deducted. You can check the same by using cycle's GPS. Will be posting the same on other social media sites if not resolved.This is my first booking and very bad experience Was this information helpful? | |||
