[Resolved] Zoom Car — cycle pedal in | |||||
On 28dec'2017 at 7:30, i initiated a trip request (Pedl) on bicycle no. 102421 at daffodils society pimple saudagar pune. However, trip got started but the bicycle didn't unlock. Irony is i couldn't even end the trip even after 45 mins. Every time i try to end the trip, i'm getting a time out error. I was already charged rs.2/- eventhough i haven't used the bicycle for a single minute. Please address the issue and refund my amount. I am somnath i take one cycle but it is not unlocked and pedl is showing your trip is start .and it also not ending trip.

And cut 10-10 rs .what is this 😠😠
