[Resolved]  Zoom Car — delay in closure of refund

Booked a zoomcar for my journey to kerala on the 26th of aug. Since i am expected to pay a state permit tax during my entry to kerala i paid an amount of 8000 inr at the rto check post while entering kerala from kootukulam side, thats the entry from virajpet, in karnataka.

Post return of the vehicle, i showed the state permit receipt to the executive present there, who verified the bill and was surprised at the amount being 8000. After which i took the picture of the same and uploaded it for refund on zoomcar tool.

Now its been more than 2 weeks and the response i have been constantly receiving is that the picture is not clear and that they do not find the receipt that i have left behind.

I am not sure how to get this resolved, do i have to file a case at the police station, or is there a place where i can call the concerned team at zoomcar to get this resolved.

i need to know the name of the executives who where there at the time on my vehicle delivery on 27th Aug 2018 between 6:00PM to 7:00PM. One of them had reviewed the receipt and the photo was taken in front on the executive.

Hello,

I am using PEDL in kothrud and I have parked the cycle near Abhishek hotel.It has been more than 30mins now, and I am not able to end my trip and it’s giving an error message for each end trip request.
