Zoom Car — Delayed Delivery

Hi.

I am srinivas and I booked a car two weeks before and still I didnt get the car.
The situation is bit critical for me as i need to travel to my home town.

Now my situation is, I cant go by any other source as I paid 22000 to Zoom Zap.

Customer care support is not helpful and they always send the same reply top wait. But when I booked the car they said they can deliver within one week and now Its almost 3 weeks I am waiting for the car.
