[Resolved] Zoom Car — Deposit refund not received | |||
I have booked a Volkswagen Polo for 1 month subscription and received the delivery of car on 9th June after paying deposit amount of 4999/- and monthly charges of 21, 615/- . I have used the car for a month and returned it in the same condition on 10th July as per their policy but it has been almost a month now but I have not received my deposit refund of 4999/- which they are supposed to transfer within 15 days as per their policy. 10 days have passed, I have not received a single call even after your revert on 11th Aug and the deposit should be refunded in 30 days as per your policy but I had hand over the car on 10th July and it has been 40 days but still I have not been told the status of the deposit
