[Resolved] Zoom Car — fake damage charges levied on my account -false accusation | |||
Hi Everyone, I'm sharing my bad experience with zoom car. I booked ford figo. It was parked in dark street of BBMP park 4th . Block kormangala. I called for customer care if there driver/assistant was available despite calling no one came for assisatnce then I unlocked the car using app. There was no damage done by me.After 2 days paying all dues before they have added damage fee of 6000 to my account. 1. Car was parked in dark area 2. No zoom car assistant was available at spot 3. After paying all dues new charges All i can say this company is cheating people Was this information helpful? | |||
