[Resolved] Zoom Car — fuel refund related | |||
I booked a car for a trip of 300km from kharghar and received my car at 8% fuel. The zoomcar assistant present there refused to fuel the tank and said i'll have to do it myself. So for the complete journey i filled the fuel worth rs2500. After uploading the bills zoomcar refunds only rs2148 i. E. Rs352 less. Policies state that all the bills uploaded will be refunded completely but here it fails. Also the coustomer care on call doesn't help in any manner. I talked to to an executive named preetam. Instead of offering any help he straight away said talk to other team within 24hrs. Very poor coustomer service. Please help me out with my money.
