Zoom Car — I didn't get my refund | |||
Booking id: jps6nyort Refund amount yet to be done: rs. 2703/- I booked maruthi swift at for june 1, 2020. Although i am not satisfied with the delivery and pick up service, i did not complain. On june 5 th, i made a request of the refund on the app. I got a call back request to wait for 2 more weeks. After 10 days, i contacted again to remind them. The customer care representative mr. Rohit chakraborthy responded very rudely and in an unprofessional manner. He asked me to wait 4 more days. So now it's already been 23 days since my booking date, there wasn't a single update from the zoom car. I am totally disappointed with your service. I have already given a 1-star rating on google play store. What are you guys planning exactly? Are you trying to recover all the losses caused during lockdown by drawing interest on our amounts? No one will believe your cock and bull stories of technical issues in this hi-tech generation. What's even more frustrating is they don't have a customer care number or email id. We have to wait for their call back. I didn't expect such kind of worst service from your organization. I would never ever recommend your service to any one.
