[Resolved] Zoom Car — I have ended the cycle but still showing active in my app | |||
Hello, I have used the pedl cycle no 3242296 on monday 10th september from sadhu vasvani chowk to lohiya nagar and lock and paid the fare through paytm. But today thursday 13th september receive a cal from pedl cycle employee asking me for the cycle. As they said the cycle is still missing as i told them the exact location where i have park the cycle. And then after login to the zoom car app for cycle status found that the ride is still active on my account and showing charges of rs 384 which i have never use.
