Hi my name is channappagoud nadagoud Booked gla-jps6v1jfa on 18/07/16 time is 7pm I have all the way from dharwad to bangalore and booked the drive for mercedes.. But when i reached your place the mercedes was available but the button which is used to move the driver seat backwards was not working.. As the client told that the car met with an accident 6 months back and its not working.. We contacted your customer care many times and then they said only 50% will be refunded.. Finally after scolding them they agreed to pay 2650rs which the price was 3770rs have booked as i got the discount from goibibo.. I lost 1000rs.. Never expected this from zoom car and will tell all my friends not to travel in zoom car anymore.. I will lodge the complaint against you guys.. This is the way you treat your costumer..
