[Resolved] Zoom Car — my zoomcar account blacklisted for no reason | |
I have been using zoomcar from two years now and a few months ago they blacklisted my account without any intimation or reason. My Email ID is vsr.[protected]@gmail.com. I have been trying to contact them via email, call, even through their 'contact us' portal with no help or resolution. There is no response from their end. This not a good customer service without a certain response. Please revert back the blacklisting as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |
