Zoom Car — not able to unlock the cycle or end the trip | |||||
I booked a cycle on 13th feb around 17:45, cycle didn't opened and i am not able to end the trip, i mailed zoomcar customer support twice about this situation but till i didn't got any update and in application there is no facility to call and currently the trip is going on from last 17 hours and they charged me also please help as soon as possible as i am unable to book cycle bcz already the trip is going on. Hi,
I already mailed about my situation that I was not able to unlock the cycle or end the trip, after that also I got message like they deducted money from my wallet as you can see the message below. " Hi ramniwas! Thank you for using PEDL. Your PEDL trip has ended and we have debited Rs.44.0 from your PayTM account connected with number [protected]. " Main issue is I am not getting any mail or update regarding this issue.

I tried to use cycle 101957 and my trip started however the cycle failed to unlock. Worst case is that i am not able to end my trip now and i am being charged from my paytm. Can you please help.
This is not a good experience at all
