[Resolved] Zoom Car — not refunding my money | |||||
I booked a tata tiago from zoom car on 8 december 2018 booking id: jps6fol55. Now from 11 december i am complaining that the refund account no application is is showing isn't mine, then also they initiated the refund on 12 december then i was complaining again and again so on 17 december they took new account no and said that they will refund my account within 48 hours, but no refund came so i contacted them again on 22 december then they said nothing can't be done we successfully did the transaction, contact your bank then i contacted the bank they said ask them in which bank account no they transferred then i asked then they said the account no is [protected] so my bank said that this account no doesn't exist and must be the amount has reversed ask them so asked them this on 27 december they said we will send the email where u can write your new account no and we will imps it within 24 hours but till today i didn't got anything, so i called them again they said no we transferred it on 12 december, again they said same things so i went on twitter they said wait till 9 january we will refund and then suddenly they said no we already did this, please help me i am a student, rajat choudhary Was this information helpful? | |||||

We did check and see that the refund has been successfully transferred to the bank details which was shared to transfer the refund through IMPS.
