[Resolved] Zoom Car — not satisfied with the damage fee | |||
Anurag singh this side, i had a booking of honda jazz on 31st of january (Booking id - jps62r14g) I just had a small dent and they have charged me with 5000rs. Such a unprofessional behavior from their side... Reach back to me zoomcar asap. I need to know why it happened with me You guys should know about your loyal costumer That was not the first time i was booking car via zoom car And i met with accident too but at time i even paid 6000 for some damages because it was worth paying for it But guys this time 5000 for just a sing small dent which can be repaired with 500 bucks, Such a big loot for zoomcar guys Was this information helpful? | |||
