[Resolved]  Zoom Car — pathetic service and unauthorized charges

I have booked a tuv 300 for 3 august 2018 to 4 august 2018, my booking id is jps64rvvd. After booking, an executive called me and she said that tuv is not available so we are providing you mahindra scorpio, i agreed but i told them that the car should be serviced. On 4th of august we guyz left for mahabaleshwar for our trip but after crossing 20km from pune a burning smell started from the engine with a sound. So we thought to stop the car and call the zoomcar customer support. We called them around 6a. M. But your team sent help to us at 12 p. M. They said that they will provide a cab for us in which 50km are free but after that the taxi charged us at double rate. We paid the taxi bill, our trip is ruined totally and when i contact customer support they said they refund the money within 3 to 5 days. After 5 days i tried many times to contact customer support but no one picked up the call. After around 10 days an executive called me and said that the engine was seized and we have to pay 10k. What kind of service is that where we dont even utilized goods even in place of refundjng money they are asking for more.

Kindly share some direct contact details and your address. When we hired your services it done by mutual working. How can you just keep blaming for what we have not done. And charging money without assigning any person to communicate. Even you keep texting and mailing for money.. whats wromg with you guys. Is this your customer satisfying services??
The time you take car from us your executive assure us that you will refund our money back.. first just because of you we have to pay twice as expected for trip now this 10k.
Now this is humiliating.
Kindly share some direct contact details. So that we cant just go through blink conclusion.

Now we are trying to contact you regarding this issue but.. but your customer care no just asking for money.. whats wrong with you guys. Is this is your business ethics??? Is this the proper way to do business. I questioned whats wrong just talk with us. Share your real direct contact details.
