Zoom Car — pedal charging me extra money. | |
I hired a cycle on 23rd april 4:23pm from writi apartment cd-26, new town, kolkata. Cycle no is 100679. Contact no. [protected]. I have used the cycle for 2 hours only. I was unable to end my trip. After trying for 30 mins, i locked the cycle at the same pedl station and rushed to work. However the app kept charging me for one more day. Please note that i am not responsible for any amount beyond rs 12. My query is still not resolved. I got an sms from zoomcr asking me to return the cycle at a pedl sation by 9:23p. M that day. However i had already locked the cycle at active pedl station in the same writi apartment cd-26 from where i had started the trip. This kind of deficieny in service is not expected. Requesting to please arrange for my trip refund as i'm not to be charged for more than rs 12.
