[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedal cycle rental | |||||
Booked cycle no. 101305 at pedl station at casa rio club at about 9.53 pm. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried to manually unlock it but to no avail. Please look into this matter and end the trip as soon as possible so that i don't lose any more of my paytm balance. My mobile no: [protected].
