[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl cycle did not unlock after scanning the code but I am being charged | |||||
I booked a PEDL cycle (cycle no: 100811) on 21st May 2018 at 1:43 PM at IIT Madras campus. The cycle did not unlock on scanning the QR code but I am being charged for my trip at 3rs/30min from my Paytm wallet and also an outstanding charge. No feedback is available from the customer care of Zoomcar even after several complaint mails being sent. I want immediate return of my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We understand your concern here and we see that the booking was auto-cancelled by the system due to double booking. As another customer has made the booking for the same vehicle from the same location for the same duration.
