Zoom Car — pedl cycle didn't unlock | |||
I booked a pedl cycle on 5th January at around 7:50pm. As instructed, I somehow registered the bicycle and got my trip started. But tye issue was, the trip got started without even the cycle getting unlocked. I tried licking unlocking, tried with the lock too but nothing helped. The ride got started but the cycle just didn't unlock. I was however shown that I am on a ride and it was 5minutes up and stuff. Cycle number was 102253. I then ended the ride after locking the already unlocked cycle. My paytm account was also debited. This is really inconvenient. I appreciate the initiative to have taken hut there are certain technical glitches. Please look into the matter to avoid future inconvenience. It's just pure inconvenience for the customer and de motivating for any future use. Kindly fix the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
